TSG Narangba

I visited Narangba TSG after being unable to return my parcel to the US via Australia Post, and thanks to the exceptional assistance of Kira, who went above and beyond to help, the courier was able to take the parcel and it's now on its way back to the US. Highly impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by Kira at TSG Narangba.

Very rude staff I got abused for wanting to make a purchase 5-10 mins prior to them closing and was told its because of people like me that she will now need to work an extra 40 mins 🤔
The old lady yelled, scream, cried and abused me
I was like omg so emotional I only want 1 item which would of taken about 30 sec without all the abuse from her
The workers there are a disgrace to the Narangba community.
Both old ladies unfortunately extremely rude everytime
I will no longer shop there

Staff member around 35/40 year old with blonde hair is incredibly rude, not helpful, making her customers feel like they are being an inconvenience to her, this is the 4th time for this behaviour, this staff member should be sacked or HEAVILY warned by the owner about how to treat customers and how to treat other human beings. Would give no stars if possible.

Horrible condescending worker too lazy to take a minute to check the prices of the products and snapped when asked for exchange. Won’t ever go there again

Useless. They close whenever they like despite posting their open hours.
