To the gentleman who dug deep in the deep freeze freezer to get my meals out, muchly appreicated. Staff always knowledgeable and always a great help but the dude who works sunday is by far the best. Always willing to help with any question i have. The service recieved always feels so personal.

I went into your northlakes store today
The 2 men that were on were amazing.
Fantastic customer service very friendly encouraged us to enter into the black Friday games and helped us with our products and help me try out some new ones and I brought more so 10 out of 10. For your 2 men at your Northlakes store.

Great service, no pressure, sold me what i needed and even told me i didn't need more at the moment when i was clearly ready to spend more. After all that they took the time to educate me without me even asking, above and beyond service. I should have got the names of the two guys who helped. You will have my business each month for all my supplement needs.

Was an extremely hard place to find I had to go around the block 3 times and had to call them to get directions. But the business itself I could not fault.

Had the best service from the gentleman who served me today. Very welcoming, not judgy and fantastic knowledge. This is definitely where I’ll be shopping for all my supplements from now!

Amazing Customer Service! Walked in and he asked if I needed help straight away and I explained I needed whey protein and pre workout and he asked me what I needed it for and a couple of other questions. He gave me a few suggestions on what would be best for me to start on. He did not try to force any products on me like a lot of other places do. He just explained the products and then gave me time to choose what I wanted. He was incredibly helpful and very nice! I had no idea what product I actually needed so I was very glad I went to this store! Highly recommend! They have quite a good selection as well!

I have been in there twice. I'm not into gym but the wife is and asked a couple of questions and this bloke is a book of knowledge. He turned me away from a sale to get my health checked first. Would highly recommend to beginners through to experienced. This guys is unreal.

I had an accident out the front of Bryce's store. Slipped badly, from rain, on ramp outside House of Suppliments. Feet gave out in front of me landed on bottom hard.
In shock, Bryce came from nowhere with first aid bag. He helped me to my car, finger bleeding, elbow bruised.

Bryce was very caring, applied first aid, stopped bleeding. Waited for me to catch my breath.

I am grateful for his assistance. I wanted to let people know that there are great people out there.

Young blonde hair guy (didn’t catch his name) served me and overall great customer service and will be back.

I spoke with Bryce and he was super helpful with answering all my questions and happy to let me try samples to find out what flavours I'd like.
Definatly recommend this store to anyone who's looking at purchasing supplements.

Today my wife and I were visiting this place for second time, excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff.!

My wife and I went in to the store on the weekend to grab some BCAA and found the staff super helpful. Even bought a new flavoured protein as recommended and it’s great. Definitely our new store of choice for our supplements.
