Coles Mango Hill

It’s funny how until it comes up in a random conversation ‘Are you a Coles or Woolworths shopper?’ And we all become very passionate about our commitment to these brands and why's.
For me I’m a Coles girl through and through and love then
Coles at Mango hill. Why? The customer service is always outstanding. Manners, polite and nothing is ever a problem when asking for help. One of the big pluses that I find is the ease of parking - outside or underneath and the aisles are more spacious. In general the shopping experience, parking, staff and fresh produce - I give Coles at Mango hill 5 stars.

This Coles is fantastic! Heaps of items that other Coles just don’t seem to have, like the stone baked bread selection, in the bakery area. yum!

Better than the one in the Westfield. I think it's bigger and has more options. Much quieter too.

This, store outshines many other Coles stores. Management is fantastic and the staff great. When I was in the store, there was a manager, moving around clearing boxes, directing staff to where they should be etc. It was great to see. It's a busy store. Clean and always someone to ask fir help, if you need it.

Nice coles, good staff

The service here was outstanding. I was looking for Liquid smoke, the lady that assisted me went above and beyond. When this is read to your staff, she will know she did a great job. That's what customer service is about.

Friendly helpful staff. Well stocked shop and always plenty of small and large trolley's.

Good to do groceries here at Mango Hill Marketplace, not as busy as Westfield North Lakes accross Anzac Ave. All here is fresh and new.

Went here on Tuesday afternoon and was delighted with the amount of trolleys available. The store has always been so clean when I shop here in the mornings as well. Would recommend going here over any other shop.

Shopped here today and was impressed with your staff. While ensuring appropriate practices in the current demanding times, they were helpful and super friendly. While I generally find staff helpful, there is usually little chance interaction in the supermarket. Their attitude impressed me, from the lady who sprayed down my trolley to the gents on the door, the lass who worked the checkout and the one who raced off to get me an item I had missed. Thank you all.

Easy to park but can get busy outside of school hours. Just be careful of parking - can be treacherous. Got my first ever trolley bay scrape here and only my second ever car repair in 46 years driving. Lots of blind spots.

The service provided here under Ron is first class.. am so impressed with their attention to detail and how Ron explained the work performed on my vehicle.. this place is of the old school and focus on customer satisfaction.. Ron does not speak in riddles or try to baffle you with rubbish but explains it in a language so anyone can understand.. perfect value added service for me.. 10 outa 10 for Future Auto

Much easier to shop at than Westfield North Lakes!

I love this Coles. They always seem to have items I can't get from other stores, especially in the International section. The store is large and well set out, and things are easy to find. The staff are friendly and helpful, everything is clean and there is ample parking too.

The staff is friendly and they have a good selection of items. It's not a huge shop so they have all the basics but only a small selection of fringe items. They have an international section with Asian, Indian, British and South African goods.

This Coles is on my way home from work so easy to get in to, always find a park and if it's raining I can park underneath. Coles had a great selection of flowers and potted plants for Mothers Day. Lots of specialty stores especially cafes and restaurants. And there's a Chemist warehouse I can leave my scripts while I grab a few things from Coles.

Plenty of parking, good store layout, friendly staff. It's what you want in your grocery shopping.

This is probably one of the best coles for stock levels, alot of other coles do not sell things that they sell here, the bakery is also really good at this coles.
