Hungry Jack's Burgers Alexandra Hills

Just went in for lunch with a friend after a hard day at work. Was told there would be a 5 to 10 minute wait on the burgers. Which we had no problem waiting for. The staff at the Alexandra hills location. Knowing the long wait time did everything in their power to make us comfortable and happy. Gave us free chips and drinks. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. They even brought out the food for the elderly. They went above and beyond with their service. And when we got our burgers they were fresh and delicious. By far the best experience and best burger I have ever had at hungry jacks. Everyone I saw come and go all left happy. And its thanks to that wonderful crew they have working there. Just want to thanks those staff again. You made a day!!

Went through the drive through on a very wet and busy Friday night. I ordered a Angry Whopper meal and it was one of the best burgers I have had in a long time.
Even though they were super busy there was only a very small delay at the drive through when I got home my meal was still really warm and fresh. Hungry Jacks have really improved their hot chips these days, not sure if it just salt but they always have a great flavour.

Very delicious meal, i think there was a red haired boy named henry working, as one of the workers said his name. I enjoyed my whopper with cheese as it was very delicious, 10/10 would eat here again.

Food and service great although costumers and staff may benefit from a total fresh look.

went to hungry jacks (Burger King) for a quick lunch.
Got the burger and it had mould on it.
I took it to the desk and they offered me a whole new meal.
Just the burger will be fine…. Are you sure?
I’m sure… I shouldn’t be eating this anyways.
She started to apologise and I was like. You guys are busy and honestly it’s ok.

It happens and we have gone through some of the worst rain and floods since the 70ties, I wasn’t going to get mad at people for doing there job and being hammered with a massive drive through lane.

This is just one of them things.

The staff handled it so well and amazingly.

Wow the new chicken burger 🥰. Amazing. Great work Hungry Jacks, nailed it. Best chicken burger on the market 👍 💥 keep forever on the menu please. The new sip lid on drinks is life changing, paper straws change the experience, the new lid you must try, it's the best.

The store manager services is exceptional

The $5 app deals have been great for something to have after school before we bust out our homework, but before dinner. I upgraded my soft drink to an iced chocolate, and it was amazing!

went in the other day, and was served very nicely. i saw a young gentleman by the name of bailey who was absolutely under the pump but still made me an absolutely delicious home style whopper. thank you Alex hills hungry jacks crew! Done it again!

Being VEGAN i absolutely love their V2 vegan burger. Plus the taste wins hands down over Mc. Even before being vegan I loved the taste it's so unique being flamed grilled.
