I First visited Daniel's store cyberattack 20 plus years ago and have continued to shop with him at Ed's PC. Myself and my family have always received first class customer service. I have purchased a couple of laptops and had a couple of desktops made by them, I have been very happy with all my purchases. My son recently had a (10k)high-end gaming PC built that had a couple of minor issues. Daniel and his team worked hard to resolve it, we could not be happier with the price, expertise and service we received. A special shout out to Leonard as he goes above and beyond to provide a great product.

I recently visited Ed's PCs about an upgrade for a new computer. They understood my needs and what I required in a new computer. They also were able to transfer all my data from the old to the new computer which I was happy about. Absolutely can recommend this company as they are extremely helpful for a non-tech savvy person. I felt the pricing was exceptional for a new computer. One very happy customer and thanks guys.

Visited the guys on two occasions recently and both times they were very honest and open in regards to options. Firstly my older computer and then helping with a very easy fix on my replacement. Jordan told me to leave it with him and less than 10 minutes later had solved my dilemma. All the staff are always very helpful and have great communication skills which are very appreciated. Would always recommend them for any computer issues.

I regularly rely on Ed's PC's for the new builds, maintenance and parts for Business and personal computers at all the Ed's PC Stores because they are just so helpful. They understand the clients needs and what is required. The pricing for all items purchased is as always excellent and I always leave a very happy customer.

I have a past with computers but I had a near life ending car accident which sort of forced me down an a different career path after a long recovery from my accident and it was great for Daniel to be as helpful as he was and will be in future when I ask

Helped get out a stripped screw and throw in an SSD for my laptop (SSD bought in by me).

I went in to Eds PC's on Friday. I got 1 phone screen replacement, 2 new screen protectors and a few cable replacements. The team were very easy to deal with and had stock of all the equipment I was chasing. Could not recommend them any more highly. They are very professional, knowledge and down to earth.

I just got a screen protector fitted at another business. I broke it in a single day. Ed’s PCs Alexandra Hills gave me a discount on a new screen protector and professional fitted it for me. I have gotten home and it is the best screen protector I have ever had. It is so smooth and my finger glides effortlessly across the screen. The guy I dealt with was a lovely chap.

I can not talk highly enough of the team at Eds PC Alexandra Hills. My 10yr old sons portable hard drive wasn't connecting or reading properly. He saved up for the gaming laptop and hardrive and was devasted. The owner gave me honest feedback and did not charge the earth. He went above and beyond to reinstall and update all his games on his new internal hard drive once it was fitted and even updated all of his existing games. I can highly recommend the business and can't thank them enough!

Very happy with service. All staff friendly and helpful. I had 40 family video tapes converted to digital and this was done in a timely manner and at reasonable cost. I couldn’t be more pleased with results. Thanks guys.
