I have had the most wonderful customer service and experience shopping at Decjuba DFO Brisbane. Candace is a superstar! She is professional, warm, engaging and so knowledgeable about her product line. She kept bringing me suggestions to my fitting room, so many of which worked that I bought EVERYTHING!!! I love Decjuba's design features....and I LOVE the very special -- and sadly quite rare --customer experience I enjoyed thanks to Candace. Treasure this woman! I ordered some clothes online that didn't fit well so I called around to see what stores I could return the clothes to. The manager at the DFO store was so helpful! I chose to drive there to do the return even though it was further away for me. When we arrived we were greeted by the most incredible staff! They were so lovely and thoughtful without being 'in your face'. They asked our name and continued to use it throughout our shopping experience. The return was also an absolute breeze and woah, the bargains were so good! I cannot fault a single thing in this store, and I've never been treated so well. I will now travel here over buying online. Thanks for helping us today ladies!

Shopped at Decjuba DFO today and was blown away by the great clothes, fantastic prices, and literally the best customer service I think I've ever experienced. All three sales staff were so thoughtful and accommodating. This is my new go to place to shop.

I had my first decjuba shopping experience last weekend and I will definitely be back! The clothes are amazing and the staff were so helpful! The lovely Michelle found out I was after a specific jacket and went out the back and found me the very last one in my size!! Amazing service!! I have already received so many compliments wearing the beautiful items! Can’t wait to get back to the store soon!

I just raced to Decjuba at DFO after work, very happy they were open until 6pm. I told Jess what I was looking for and she brought me all kinds of options and sizes until I found 2 dresses that will be perfect for my occasion tomorrow. I bought both! I found Jess to be bubbly, helpful and really genuine - great quality especially at the end of the day. She didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured and was simply helpful and lovely. I found out she is the Store Manager, good choice ! I’ve purchased from 2 Decjuba stores (DFO and Toombul) and always get really good service. Thanks for your help Jess 😊

fantastic customer service from a lovely lady who works in this store- Nikki served myself and my mum and we walked out with a big bag of clothes. We always love customer service and Decjuba at DFO is where you will find this.

Great clothing lovely customer service

I had a great shopping day on the weekend. Spend close to $300 at the Decjuba DFO. When I got home found that some of the items still had security tags on them. I called the shop today asking if there was different store closer to the city(takes me 40 min to drive to DFO). Staff member could not care less. Offered me to go to different store to ask to remove the tags, she did not apologised even once and that really made me upset. It is embarrassing to enter different store asking to remove the tags (that is what the shoplifters do!) and if you offer this solution maybe suggest a name of the shop who would be able to do it. What shocked me the most is a lack of profesionalism and empathy from a staff member. She basically shut me down when I tried to complain saying "NOW IT IS YOUR PROBLEM"...I am sure I am not a first customer with the similar issue and it is your responsibility to remove the tags. Would recommend to management to train staff members how to deal with issues like that. I understand you are busy and might miss the tags but you need to understand that customer journey and service doesn't end with the payment and if you want to grow loyalty you could be more understanding, more helpful rather than talking back and closing the phone down.

All three ladies working 27th jan 19 at 12-12:45, worst service I have ever experienced was in the store with my wife for 45 minutes she was trying things on and we needed help with sizing not one of the girls greeted us nor assisted us they were too busy having a gossip. absolutely disgusting service won’t be ever shopping there.
