A big shout out to Mark at Trade Tools Capalaba, an absolutely awesome man whom sorted out my pressure cleaner that had issues. I dropped it off Monday afternoon and had it back Wednesday morning fully repaired. They were so accommodating and understanding of the importance of me needed the pressure cleaner back as soon as possible, to ensure I didn’t lose any work. I can not praise their professionalism and willingness to help, more highly. Thank you for making a very stressful situation, extremely positive. Would extremely recommend to anyone. They are the best!

Excellent Service. Sometimes these stores can feel a bit intimidating for girls - but the sales consultant, helped me find what I was looking for with out making me feel useless. When he didn't have some of the parts I needed he ordered them and had them for me the next day. I walked in the following day, he remembered me and had my items on the counter before I even opened my mouth. I'd definitely shop here again.

Been coming here for years. Carry large variety tools most trades. Staff on hand, helpful, knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. Their force & renegade tools good quality. Highly recommended all tradies & D.I.Y.er's.

To start, stock is comprehensive - can't think of any tool/equipment/consumable that wasn't on the shelf.
The prices beat Bunnings, and they have ACTUAL quality gear...not $2 made in china drill bits that go blunt drilling ice cream.
Guys behind counter were friendly and knowledgeable, they offered to help, but then didn't follow you around if you just want to 'browse'.
Well done.

Lots of cool tool to play with lots of different brands and selections of toys to play with.so bring your wallet and prepare to spend a while to browse around. Staff are aplenty and have great knowledge base of everything there. Check it out today.

I have been coming to the Capalaba Trade Tools store for at least 10 years. The staff here have always been able to help me find the products I need and offer great insight and alternatives if necessary.

If I have ever had a problem with a tool the issue has been rectified immediately 9/10 times with a replacement or parts within the week.

Thank you to the whole team here, especially Elliot and Pk for continually providing excellent old school customer service and quality banter.

I have been to trade tools before, and always loved the prices, quality and customer service - but my most recent trip was hands down the best customer service ive received yet. I went in with the intention of getting a welder and equipment to start learning. I had a vague idea of what i wanted/needed when i went in but decided it was best to ask a team member instead of guess myself. From the moment i walked in i was warmly greeted and asked if i can be helped. The person i dealt with was due to finish for the day, but despite that still helped me knowing he would be helping me after his shift. I was given a wealth of knowledge about the products i was purchasing, and left fully confident that my purchase was the right one to make. Everyone had excellent knowledge on the products - even the vague accessories and was given plenty of hints and tips to start my journey as a welder. I did not end up getting a bottle and sticks then and there as i was still unsure of a few details that would determine what i needed, and was not pressured into making that purchase which was nice. I wasnt recommended the most expensive things but rather what was right for me and my situation, another key point to thier excellent service. This kind of service i have found is consistent throughout their other stores as well, as i have also visited their eagle farm store and was equally impressed with the gentleman who helped me with the tips and sticks i needed after my welder purchase the previous day despite it being 530pm on a Friday i still got the best service you could ask for, not someone trying to rush me out the door so they can crack a beer after closing. In short, couldnt be happier with the products or service received, and will definitely rave about these guys (probably a little too much) to anyone i know who requires any tools. Keep up the exceptional work!

This place ROCKS the team are amazing and their product knowledge and advise is second to none. Pricing is super competitive, would not go anywhere else to buy tools, the range is amazing.

Easy and reliable. Fair prices I'd say. Staff know their product.

Went in to buy a battery hedger and pole hedger, was firstly offered a seriously expensive Ego commercial unit, but once I explained that I may be a commercial operator I'm not a full time hedge trimmer.
In and out in half hour, it's all about simplicity and weight.
After that was explained was given some choices with options and settled on Dewalt gear, light and simple.

Always a pleasure. The staff are quick and able to help. The stock level and variety is great. The perfect "go to" store in my books.

Absolute professionals.
I had to park my van across the road when I was there to buy myself a class M vacuum.
The staff were handy and therir advice saved me $100 on getting the makita over the dewalt. After talking to other tradies they agreed.
The staff member was happy to bring the vacuum across the road. He even put it in my van, not before being nice and giving my dog a pat.
