I am really not normally a reviewer but this is an exception when 'normal' isn't at play and you get lucky and encounter such a world class business such as this. Honestly, if it were possible to give more than 5 stars I would have given it. These guys are simply expectional! The quality of work, professionalism, communication and speed of work is simply just above and beyond frankly! Unfortunately, I rear ended someone and I had the car towed into them on Thursday and by Tuesday morning the following week my car was all fixed and ready to go. On top of that they even washed my car for me even without me asking!
Rod Archer and your team, well done!! I give you guys credit where it's really due. I had my car way ahead of schedule and I am even stunned at the speed of work, attention to detail and quality of job done. Kindly support this locally owned Aussie business as they are simply the BEST in the smash repair business!

People honestly Archers are the best in the business.

I had my pride and joy in for a front and side spoilers install and front bar re spray along with also touching up and buffing out minor and major marks and imperfections to the body. The results speak for them selves. Could not be happier thanks for Archers my vision of my car is complete.

What really struck me was when they unwrapped the black inserts on the front bar and actually replaced it with black gloss paint without me having to mention it during the job description.

Truly going above and beyond 100/10 definitely will recommend and be returning with future body and paint work.

From start to finish, the team at Archers made the process simple, great communication, excellent customer service and the workmanship was outstanding. I’m leaving this review because it is well deserved. Rod the owner and his family took such good care of my ute when it was damaged during storms . Where some places had a month and two month wait he made sure that the minute my insurance approved it that it was repaired within less than two weeks time . They made it look like no damage had happened at all . I highly recommend them if you want it repaired right and appreciate a business that actually cares about its customers. Great business and amazing team to deal with .

My Haval 2 got the front left hand bumper damaged as well as two other places. Rod and his service team provided great customer service and I was very pleased with the reasonable price. The repairs were done in just a day and half and my car was cleaned and delivered to my home. The workmanship was amazing and car looks like new. I highly recommend Archers.

Archers did a great job with the front of my Prado. Bull bar was shifted up and bumper/lights were scratched up. It all looks brand new now! Shout out to Jimmy for going the extra mile to make all of the rust spots on the bar disappear and repainting the whole thing.
