The high level of service provided without an appointment is commendable to your service department, and much appreciated in the circumstances. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Vonbibra auto service have always gone above and beyond to help me understand my vehicle and provide an exceptionally thorough service.

I used to visit small independent mechanics to get my car serviced for a nice cheap price. But then I found out that I can get it serviced by a dealer approved serving centre, such as this one, for a very similar price.

They are affordable and you feel peace of mind knowing that they are approved by Honda to work on your car. As a young 20 something year old, I don't always have a lot of excess cash to have the million things done to fix my old car. The team are always compassionate and give me the hire priority repairs in a list of need, they let me know if something is absolutely necessary or if I have time to save. They are always honest, which I really like.

On top of a stellar service (often with add freebies) your car is sparkling from it's clean. It's well worth it!

Plus, this time I had my big service and borrowed the hire car - I got to drive a beautiful new HRV :)

Excellent service

Extremely unhelpful to their customers. I had my car serviced and roadworthy checked a few months back, was told I needed to get some things sorted and to come back to get my road worthy checked off, no extra charge. I was going to get some thing done through them for the road worthy as well as ordering some extra parts to add to my car since they were so great with my service. I rang up to book in for the new parts to be installed, the parts I needed for my road worthy to be installed and for my roadworthy to be checked off. I could only come in on Saturdays due to working full time Monday-Friday and their trading hours not being a time I could make fit during the week. I was told they could not book my roadworthy in for Saturday and it needed to be Monday-Friday. I explained I could not make it due to working and that I’ve paid for this roadworthy to be checked off and now I’m being told they could not complete the service I’ve paid for. They told me they could but not when I could make it in on the day they are open for trade. I re explained I can’t make Monday through Friday and that I could bring it in early Saturday mornings and I was told no they couldn’t help me and weren’t willing to help me in any way. I cancelled all the parts I ordered which was going to cost about $250-$300 to purchase, plus the further cost to install. Extremely unhappy with their customer service and they clearly don’t care about their customers and only want the people’s money. Will never ever go back to any Von Bibra again!

Von bibra servicing is disgusting. The service manager Blake, at Ashmore is arrogant, rude and condesending. The mechanics dont seem to know what there doing and hard to talk to when some of them dont understand english well. The women at reception are the only bright light and are friendly and professional. I love my suzuki but wont be buying another one if this is the service and treatment you get. Mr Von Bibra you need to up your game. Toyotas looking better at the moment. oh and i will be advising family and friends on all social media to the terrible treatment and lack if service you get at Von Bibra
