absolutely fantastic service, and they went above and beyond to discount a few things I was short on, Im now ready to reenter the workforce, great array of PPE and workwear - including to my surprise - chef uniforms. pretty satisfied and happy with the outcome.

Staff are more than helpful and very friendly. Have been few times in the last couple of months dealing with my sons school uniform etc getting things embroidered and such.
Have been called a couple of times by Jacob updating me and he was informative and easy going on both calls 👍👍

Had a defect with my boots. Ladies behind the counter advised me on the warranty and had me swap the boots for better ones without hesitation. Awesome service and product knowledge

The layout is great, prices ok, but they did do better once I asked if that's the best price she could do. service was exceptional (Trudi) her knowledge was amazing about the products, I nearly purchased everything she showed me. She is an asset to your company. Parking is an issue and need more signage to say where you are when you drive around the corner. All up an awesome experience, I will be back

Great staff! I can't emphasize this enough, every time I go in I am welcomed with warm smiles and helpful service. Nothing is ever too difficult and I never feel rushed to buy anything. Thank you to all the floor staff who always give exceptional service. I've recommended multiple friends to buy from this store and they've all had similar experiences. Only negative thing is, I always spend lots of money here haha!

These guys and gal's they are the best. I was stuck really stuck. And they showed me some great items that make me feel more confident in myself and I feel so comfortable. My feet noongar feel like they have blisters and the socks and T's are 👏 thank you team there the main one who helped me imwqs the most professional. Thanks a million Sam.

Simplify the best. I bought a work shoes and my size was not available and the staff ordered my size online and called me days after to confirm that my shoes was ready to pick it up. Staff were very helpful and the product very nice to excellent price. Definitely I recommend the place.

Excellent experience with Totally Workwear today. Very welcoming staff members who helped me getting what I need quickly and accurately. I wanted a certain product, and the staff showed me a similar product that was on clearance. Thus saved me almost 50%. Thank you very much for your great service.

Awesome experience, rare to come across when dealing with retail and hence why the review. Decided to visit the TW store in East Brisbane on a Saturday, got caught up in a heavy down pour and rocked up to the store at 1:50pm. Spoke to a girl at the store by the name of Niamh (pronounced Neve) who brought to my attention that the store closed at 2pm on a Saturday which was something I didn't check before a 1/2 an hour walk in the pouring rain. But Niamh not only let me in but stayed back 45mins passed close time which impressed me. She was very thorough and new her products. I don't write up reviews, but I was actually blown away by the service and the patience on a Saturday afternoon where most people close on time and leave in retail. I hope this reaches the right people because she deserves the recognition for going beyond the call of duty.

Was looking for a particular piece of apparel. Was served by Gabby who went out of her way to to ring around other stores and organise the item I was after. She was friendly and professional.

Lauren was super helpful today, swift and friendly helping me with new steel caps.

My experience was faultless, I rang the store Sunday to check they had the Steelcap shoe I wanted for my son because I was driving from Manly - stopping in at the shop to buy - take over to West End. Yes they had shoes in stock, I just had to be at store by 2:00pm ... I parked at 1:52pm :^D
Amy had them ready for me, on her advice I bought the Wellington Steelcap shoe UK size 9, because son wears Doc's size 9 and that's a UK fit. Paid & done before 2:00pm
** Oops that's Wentworth by King Gee, not Wellington.
Amy had a lovely sense of humour, not only did I get what I wanted but I enjoyed doing it :^D

Absolutely fantastic staff! I walked in and was greeted with a smile. Personally attended to with my browsing and clothing needs. I was in and out before I knew it. Definately will be coming back here again
