Fitter Futures

Love going to Fitter Futures! Each session is different and can be as challenging as you need it to be. The coaches know how much you can handle, push you when you are ready and are always closely watching technique. They are super friendly and always encouraging. I am trying things that I haven’t done before at normal gyms, and now feel myself getting stronger with more cardio stamina. Highly recommend Fitter futures at East Brisbane!!

I had a workout with the team at Fitter Futures East Brisbane on their open day and can honestly say one of the most positive gym experiences I've had. The owner Sam was very welcoming and never made me feel pressure to lock into a contract, just a genuine person. The trainer Vick was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me great cues that made sense in a way I hadn't understood elsewhere before. They offer a lot of professional attention to making sure exercises and weights are tailored to your needs. The space itself was super clean, cool (air-conditioning on a hot day was key!). Wide variety of equipment for use. Fun time overall and I'd recommend to anyone, any level of fitness.

I joined Fitter Futures East Brisbane when it first opened. I had just moved to the area at the same time and was looking for a gym that would suit my needs. I had been doing CrossFit for some years but had not been into a box for a couple of years due to circumstances and injuries. I am in my 50’s and I was looking for somewhere that could challenge me but also look after me. I have found my new community! I love training at Fitter Futures, the programming is similar to what I was used to with CrossFit, but more controlled. The coaches are amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have learnt a lot about my technique and simple cues that make my strength training a lot more efficient and injury free. Classes are small and not intimidating at all. There is also a wealth of knowledge on nutrition and the body which helps me negotiate training as it changes as I get older. It’s great for those of us that want to work hard but don’t like the standard gym. Well worth my time and money ☺
