Teniesha is the best Property Manager I've ever had! She's responsive, always willing to help you with issues that arise in your property and keeps on top of all requests we send through. We've recently left our Tessa Residential rental property and we will miss her immensely!!!

I have never encountered such a helpful team especially in a property management environment.
They always try their hardest to help clients, and go above and beyond.
Always professional to deal with. Lachlan and Tia in particular were my favourite people to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend them from both a tenant and a property owner perspective.

We have truly never had a better rental experience. Our agent Teniesha Pene is incredibly professional, genuine, and down to earth. She has done such an amazing job looking after the tenants, anytime we have any queries, maintenance issues, or requests - she responds and actions immediately. I’ve felt the need to write this review, due to how unbelievably AMAZING i’ve been treated. I’ve lived in Lutwyche for 2 years now and absolutely cannot imagine living anywhere else.
You truly feel like you’re being looked after with these guys.
I remember a time when Tia brought my puppy some dog treats to a routine inspection because I mentioned that she gets a little worried about new people coming into the house. The fact that she remembered that just meant so much to me.
Lachlan too has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions, so many that I can’t even count.
It’s the little things they make easy, it just tops off already fantastic service. Just in general, such a great group of genuine good people.

Lachlan and Tia have been wonderful to deal with and are always happy to help. They are always on time and respond and quickly and professionally to all of my enquiries. A big thank you to these two who made have made my whole moving experience so easy. I would highly recommend Tessa Residential 🙂

Lachie is knowledgeable and to the point. Ask him a question and he answers honestly and is straightforward about it - no industry jargon. Living away from Brisbane, he makes it very easy for us to communicate, is responsive and polite.

Would recommend Tessa purely for the above reason.

Our Leasing and Property Manager and Senior Property Manager (Lachy and Tia respectively) have been phenomenal! Even in the midst of COVID-19, they were very prompt in their correspondence and when assisting in an alteration to the lease agreement, were very understanding and accommodating throughout.

Corine and the girls at Brookwater go above and beyond for their owners, they make investing in property a smooth process.
Cannot recommend these girls highly enough if you are looking for a professional property management team that truly know what they are doing.

I just have to say that, out of all the places in brisbane that i have lived, Augustus has by far been the best and easiest place to live. Great communication, great service and always looking out for my partner and I. Teniesha, our property manager, always has a huge smile and offers top-notch service. Thank you!

Lachlan is a A.M.A.Z.I.N.G property manager he goes out and beyond to cater for you. I broke 3 bones In my leg & was weeks out of post surgery & he offered to send me a video unit inspection!!! & made sure my approved application was more then a breeze. B.E.S.T agent in town if u ask me highly recommend 5 stars ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐
