We love coming to this store where Shawn Cameron and the staff have always been extremely helpful and courteous. Shawn especially has gone out of his way to look up on lights and other items that are not in store and sourced them out for us. The Skygate store is our place to go for all lighting and fans. We also love the layout of this store.

Rhys and Team were amazing in their explanations of their products, a lot more knowledgeable and interested than their competitors in Windsor. He ensured we had all the correct tech Infor for our house plans and selected the right caring fans and sizes for each room.
Legend also helped put them in our car.

Great store and heaps to choose from. customer service was awesome from this guy he showed me all the options and took his time. it was just pleasant. the other staff member at the counter he seemed very knowledgeable and nice. there was just comfortable vibe around the shop. the downlights fit btw. thanks for your help! the kids' drawing table was icing on the cake. will come back.

I needed 5 ceiling fans for my house & was expecting to pay a couple of grand. Having considered reviews on all the usual websites I discovered Lighting Illusions had the brand & 2 models I favoured. Calling the Skygate store I was advised they had 1 of the models on display & the other was on display in another store. At the Skygate store I was approached by Cameron who showed me the model. Sadly the finish looked cheaper than the price indicated & so he introduced me to another fan that ticked all the same boxes but looked higher quality for basically the same price. Cameron provided thoughtful advice on colours based on our existing decor & we made the decision to buy 5. Cameron also provided thoughtful advice on lights & bathroom fixtures. I left Lighting Illusions Skygate feeling I’d encountered a sales assistant who really sought to get me the product I needed rather than trying to convince me to buy something they needed me to buy. Cameron is one of those rare people who you can trust to help you whether you are spending $1 or thousands.

Bryn gave us awesome service. He assisted with choosing 6 fans - they are perfect, look great, are quiet, and move a lot of air. He also helped with 5 lights and again was a great help. We love our lights and how nicely they modernised the space, along with providing great illumination. Great work! Thank you.

My partner and I have had a great experience at Lighting Illusions Skygate. Andy has been wonderfully helpful. She is so knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We went a few months back when we first were thinking of getting ceiling fans for our place. And it is because of her we went back now that we are finally ready to buy. And she hasn't changed. She still makes the shopping experience great.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable, nothing was too hard for them. Extremely friendly. It was good to go to a lighting store and see different products. Store layout is great - products not hung on top of each other - spread out so you can look properly. Highly recommended.

What started as a simple visit to the store to look at pendant lights, ended up in us purchasing all of the electrical and lighting requirements for our new build. We were looking for a few lights and fan for our upcoming renovations. The showroom is big and has a lot of products. We didn't even know where to start. Thankfully Charlee came and helped us out. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She made the process much easier for us. She also gave us great discounts on them. She was very pleasant to deal with.
