Amazing shop, and brilliant customer service.

Got some tyres changed over and they set it up tubeless in half an hour when just walking in without booking it in! Was absolutely brilliant.

Some great looking specialized bikes in store.

Despite living over half a hour away, I will be back for all my bike servicing needs.

What an excellent team and wonderful service we received from Josh, Stephen and the crew. My mum and I popped in unexpectedly with an unsafe bike and they kindly fixed it up for us on the spot at an excellent price. We highly recommend this store and the great guys that work here!

Booked a full service for $120, waited a week to get in, guys were very polite and accommodating. The bikes for sale are very fancy and I have an old bike which I love so it was a bit intimidating bringing my bike through but the guys were really good and made me feel special with a few encouraging words like ‘ does not matter how expensive your bike is’. It was my first time to get a service usually I do the business myself. On the day I went to book it in - here is a great example, the guy on the desk said bring it through, ok, took it to the back and the first thing they said was your grips are on back to front, he then said - hang on I can fix that right away, so switched the grips then quick adjusted my brake. I knew I was in the right spot. I booked the full service for 13th Nov. I arrived at 8 am. Mark took it in and asked how old it was, I said about 8 years, he quick looked at my chain and said this need to be replaced. I said ok and then he messaged my around 1130 for pick up. He changed out the mid bearings and the lot was $188, for me a good investment for something I ride every day. Thanks Mark. Bike rides like new, just have to keep the sand out.

I recently bought two adult bikes and a child's bike from these guys. All the staff I dealt with were amazing.
They were all friendly and knowledgeable and know the bikes and equipment in the shop inside and out. They were also really patient while I made my decision on what bikes to buy. At no time did I feel a hard sell being pressed on me nor were they trying to get me to spend more than I needed too. I will definetley recommend these guys to my friends and I will return when I am back on the market for another bike.

Mark got me going on my first bike in 15 years, the service and patience offered was second to none. Would not go anywhere else whether it's for my kids bikes or a name your price road bike.

Quoted me $15, and I said no problem, I will have one.

The gent came back saying sorry no newbies, here you can have this next to new quick release axle for FREE... WoW.
No wonder this bike shop has been here since I was a 10year old.

Just want to share a great experience with the team in the workshop today. I was a new customer, unknown to them, and I needed a quick turnaround because I am going on holiday tomorrow. After shopping around at all the major bike retailers, we ended up. at Mike's Bikes and had a great experience. Harry was great to deal with and his customer service was 100% on point. We originally went in to get my wife a beach cruiser but we both ended up getting one each!

I ordered a di2 battery online. A week later they cancelled my order.
So on my GC visit I visited mikes bikes in Miami to see if they would possibly have one in stock. Sure I’m enough they did! And cheaper. Great selection of winter gear for riding down south in Vic where I’m from.

Had the best experience purchasing a bike and all accessories from Mike’s Bikes. Joshua helped us and he was the most patient, helpful, knowledgeable and completely honest person and his customer service is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. He helped me completely deck out my bike,
Installed, adjusted and made special little customizations all on the fly.
He looked after me on price and every single detail on how I wanted my bike.
Everyone told me they were amazing at Mikes Bikes and now I know why.
Definitely the place to go especially if you are new to riding like myself.
