Crystalbrook Flynn

Fabulous place to relax & recuperate. Staff member was fantastic & he arranged a late check out until 3pm. It has really good lap pools, outdoor entertainment area. Location of the hotel is one block walk away from the esplanade, city centre & essential services. Highly recommend & I ll defiantly stay here again.

Stayed a couple of nights in Abbott Tower. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There are 2 sheltered pools (level 1 and 2) which were a little chilly, so need to swim/move. Gym is compact and has basic gym equipment.
Like that the hotel embraces sustainability!

My partner and I had a wonderful experience at the Crystalbrook Flynn. Front of house staff especially Tim were friendly , attentive and even gave us a free room upgrade. Rooms were very clean, great size. Could not fault the service , hospitality and facility itself. Highly recommend to any and the price was great.

Rooms were very clean. View was looking at other buildings. The bed was very comfy. Big screen TV with local channels and on demand channels, which were free. The hot water shower was good. (No bath tub) double glazed windows, which were good as we stayed there during cyclone jasper. So, there is no noise from outside. The only downfall was that the room was small, and I had to pay for car parking $15.00, which I was not told until I checked out. Car parking had very limited spaces. Maybe 20 spaces if that.

Had a very pleasant experience! Very helpful staffs and perfect room cleaning service. Considering the quality, I believe the room rate is very reasonable. Will absolutely comeback to Flynn when visiting Cairns!

Awesome room, couldn't fault it! Great location too. Have stayed in more than a few local hotels for work travel and Flynn is fast becoming a favourite. Also its been years since I've actually had a minibar!!

Great new modern hotel in the heart of Cairns.
If you are after a place to unwind after a day out on the reef, with luxury and relaxation, then this is the place, two pools one feels slightly heated the other very refreshing and easily long enough to do a few dozen laps to keep fit 😀. We will certainly stay here again.

We had a great experience.
Our goal was to get a place where we could rest, enjoy Cairns, and do not worry about driving and going up and down through the city.
Crystalbrook is in the middle of what we were looking for.
We could enjoy bars and restaurants by walking, we could access our meeting point for the Great Adventure tour, and it was also perfectly to the helicopter to explore the barrier of corals.
Staff is very friendly, rooms are comfortable, and breakfast is pretty good. The only thing I missed was a swimming pool with the sun. All their pools are indoor.
Overall, I loved the experience.

We spent 5 nights at the Flynn. Check in was a challenge. Didn't live up to the hotels first impressions. Rooms are well appointed and stylish. Bathrooms are beautifully decorated. Entertainment selection in the room is very good. Breakfast in the Italian has a wide selection and is good quality. We also ate at the Italian one night and the food was amazing with great wine and service too. Great location on the esplanade. The pools were a bit cold and too much under cover. Gym was good and the spa looked very inviting. Parking was easy. Everything in the city was within walking distance. Definitely worth a stay.

Beautiful accommodation right in the heart of Cairns. Friendly staff, modern rooms and so close to dozens upon dozens of restaurants and bars.

If I ever venture out to Cairns in future, I would definitely put the Crystalbrook Flynn at the top of places to stay.

The design of the pool makes it adventure to sunbathe- constantly moving lounge chairs to stay in the sunshine.

Perfect spot in which you can walk everywhere. Would definitely return and stay here again.

I travel to Cairns regularly and have stayed at a great number of hotels in the city and I can confidently say that Flynn is easily the best of the bunch with Riley and Bailey not far behind. Customer service is always on point and the rooms are very clean and well appointed. Looking forward to staying there again in 2024.

I LOVE IT! I went already several times and they still surprised me. Lorenzo is very friendly, funny and professional. He made our night. And I have to thank all the chefs for the amazing food.

Perfect location, close to everything. Great view from our ‘harbour view’ room which was beautifully decorated. Staff were more than welcoming and keen to assist.

Only negative was the 1% surcharge on credit card usage - just so unnecessary particularly given the ‘no cash’ policy of the hotel.

Great from beginning to end! I arrived with friends who are frequent Flynn guests and we were upgraded to sea view rooms. Wow, what a treat to have that amazing view for six nights. The Flynn is a terrific place to stay in Cairns and I thoroughly recommend it.

This place is wonderful. Two really neat pools, two very easy access doors from either side of the building. Everyone is so friendly. We had asked for an extra blanket and it was brought to us in minutes!

Beautiful hotel for an amazing price. Loved the locations and amenities and the room was perfect. We loved our balcony and spent some time in the pool.

From the moment we arrived at CBF we were warmly welcomed. Early check in was offered as well as a free upgrade to a room with the most spectacular views. The room was beautiful and so clean with everything we needed. A little knock at the door and a welcome gift of some yummy lollies. The spa experience as just amazing and the staff were all so lovely. The location is perfect and so close to everything. Late checkout was not an issue . We will definitely be back. Thanks for making our final night in Cairns one too remember.
