Great selection of panels. Staff assisted me on numerous occasions during colour selection and answered my many questions. The panels were made exactly to my specifications and ready for collection within the estimated timeframe.

Flat pack kitchen design and supply

SLOW - if you are looking for a fast turn around time. This is not the company for you.

I called Monday for a quote on a white gloss polyurethane kitchen cabinet, I was asked to email details instead, so I did. By Wednesday afternoon, crickets........ I called and they said they hadn't even looked at my email yet and didn't have a quote ready.

Plus the women on the phone was quite rude, I really wouldn't recommend this company.

Please give serious consideration before committing your funds to this company. Once payment is made the service with items that are damaged is very lacking. I will never deal with then again due to all the stress and worry about if they were ever going to get the last bench top fixed and sent. Even my comment "my ** yr old mother is in tears, we have paid for a kitchen that 3 months later we still cannot use" - elicited no compassion or action from them. There was even talk of a refund and well that went unactioned as well. 4 bench tops order and 3 where damaged when they arrived. With one of the replacements it took another 2 attempts before we received a benchtop that I would accept. There was nothing but issues and delays with the delivery. In my experience they took away any joy you would expect with a new kitchen. Order placed mid November 2020 Final benchtop arrived Jan/Feb 2021
