Purchased my son a custom Traxxas Slash from Simon and can not thank him enough for the service and knowledge offered. Being new to the hobby Simon ran us through everything thing we would ever need to know. Would highly recommend RC Hobbies Gold Coast.

Great service, Simon took time to explain and set up my car, remote and charger. I went back five days later with my son to buy the same car he also found the service outstanding.

After racing for a few weeks with our 10yr old Monster Jam trucks, we purchased two of Simon’s short course trucks.

The smile on my sons face to have a vehicle that actually steered and had a ton of power was worth every cent!
And that was before he took out his first race on debut in the new Raptor F150.

Simon’s knowledge and passion is unsurpassed, great with the kids (and advice for the adults that get beaten by the kids)

Really friendly couple that make you feel welcome and well looked after. Love the hot dogs 🌭. Had a custom built RC and goes like the clappers😁. Always make the time for you. This is the only place I recommend in Australia if you are wanting the best customer service and the best all round rc car (no bulldust). Simon and his wonderful partner helped me, my wife and two kids by entertaining and offering refreshments and treats. I was able to spend the cash and grab the Traxxas Slash. When I got all the way back home to Melbourne all I had to do was charge the battery and blast off. The Slash that they custom build for sale for everyone is simply amazing. You can run it at low speed for a toddler or use it on max speed which will blow you away. Go get one and you will not be disappointed. Money well spent and many years of fun.

My son and I travelled in to purchase a new car each, the owner there was great in explaining everything we needed to know about the lipo batteries, the charger and the cars.
For a little shop, its jam packed full of stock. Especially if you have the traxxas slash cars. Plus they have their own private rc track onsite. We walked out both pretty happy!

Went to see Simon and being a new customer he was very informative and fixing our slash didn't take long at all .
Great experience seeing the track as well.

I went and had my Tekno MT 410 finished by Simon he was very helpful and showed me a lot about battery storage and more than happy to educate me about my equipment. I would definitely recommend Simon if you need any advice on Rc cars or trucks he is very knowledgeable.

The folks here are super knowledgeable!! I was super under prepared looking for a car for my 4 year old, they didn't have that kind of car but pointed me in the right direction. When he's ready for a real car I will back! Spot on guys.

Stopped in one day to have a chat about getting in to the Hobby. I wasn't pressured to buy or felt like I was wasting anyones time. Showed me through the range and he even mentioned buying a used vehicle that they stocked all the parts for. I ended up buying Traxxas Slash the following day and bought a tonne of parts straight off the shelf for it. Prices are very reasonable compared to online stores and if your any like me there is nothing like instant gratification and good advice. Great to know your buying the right part and they have workshop there if you get stuck. If only the track was open at the moment, I'd love to give it a bash.

Simon spent a massive amount of time educating me on how to make my sons Slasher reliable and redicously faster.
Really appreciate the customer service, highly recommend these guys if you know nothing about RC cars brushless motors and batteries.

Excellent service. The owners are sincere and genuine in their service.
Bought my Traxxas 3-years back, which was custom built. Certainly has lasted the bruising my 9 & 11 year old have put the Traxxas through. I would certainly recommend buying a custom built car from here. John, Michael, and Mathieu, Sydney NSW.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my daft questions, and spent time showing me exactly how the car works, charger etc, highly recommend this place if you want a serious rc car, if you want a cheepie for the kids, go to toys r us, these are quite expensive, but very good older kid toys(I'm 60 LOL)

Great rc cars everyone tells you about how to do things and he even showed me the track in a 12 year old rc car ! Perfect highly recommend I purchased a traxxas slash Vxl on Tuesday the 6 of July

WS an awesome experience purchasing my slash vxl on Monday. I was helped greatly with the care of Lipos and nice value for a race night on Friday nights.

Has a large array of RC cars and spare parts, also excellent advice and experience by owner. Also has race track available Thursday nights and Saturday mornings. Plenty of off street parking.

Always greated with a welcoming smile and enthusiastic customer service by Simon and his team. They really know their stuff and only stock quality. Highly recommend
