These guys provided an excellent service and at a time when they could have easily said no. It was just after Christmas, their business had even lost power(from the Gold Coast storms ) and many roads were closed /flooded...but they got us out of a pickle and Jean and the delivery driver was super easy to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend hiring your next forklift from Freedom.

Went to Primex in Casino not intending to purchase a forklift. However a very good offer was made to buy one at 28.5k inc gst with 100 hours on it. Was told it was gst inclusive and was also heard by the salesman there on the day. Have gone through the process to buy, got rid of my other forklift in high expectations that we would get this new forklift this week. Only to hear that the deal changed at the last moment and they increased the price stating all of a sudden it did not include gst. Fairly appalling business practice to be frank. Hence the one star review.
