Have to say a huge thankyou to all the staff here I had a ndis client that complained of ear ache the morning of a flight to melb after trying many places for help no one had an available time, when I asked bloom if they could help clean his ears they said they don't offer that service but had a look at his ears for free and confirmed they were blocked up. The lovely receptionist then went well out of her way to try and find somewhere that could help us asap. And she came through for us getting us into the ear cleaning clinic bundall with in the hour and my client was able to make his flight without further ear issues. Thankyou very much to everyone mentioned here really appreciate your efforts. 🙏
