Thank you Smart Phone Hospital for their great service after replacing a damaged plastic screen protector (installed elswhere) with a finger scanner capability glass screen protector on my Samsung phone. I will definately be comming back to your store.

Always get great service from these guys at a fair price. A special mention to Dee and Vince who went above and beyond trying to fix my son's dud phone. Not only did they do everything and more trying to help sort the issues, when they couldn't they armed us with the information to go to the vendor pointing out exactly what was wrong and why it was their responsibility. I couldn't be more grateful for their expertise and exceptional service.

Dee was super nice and easy going. Helped out when I had difficult questions and made the upgrade a great experience. Some things went wrong and even on her day off she was happy to assist me. Awesome job thank you!

Great service by Dee, I brought my phone in badly broken and desperately needed my data retrieved. Dee & Vince were able to set me up with a new phone and have all my data transferred onto the new phone with not a single thing missing. Super happy with the service here super quick did not have to wait as long as I thought I would. Could not recommend this place more. Please come see Dee and Vince for any phone needs!! 10/10

TLDR: minor inconvenience which resulted in a discount and a perfect screen replacement

I needed to get my screen replaced and I spoke with Adam who was full of enthusiasm and made the whole process real easy.

Went two days later to get my screen picked up and there was a problem with my phones manufacturer delivering the screen. Made me a little annoyed as I was promised 2 days Max.

Due to the minor inconvenience Rads(store manager) fixed everything up for me, apologised for the inconvenience even though it wasn't his fault and gave me an amazing discount on my screen replacement all while being friendly and doing an amazing job on my phone.

10/10 service

I had such an awesome experience! After breaking my charger port staff member Nathan was able to help me within the hour. I had my phone back asap and I was treated with respect. Service with a smile!

Thanks to Nathan and Tim for the great customer service today. My son dropped his Ipad and shattered the screen. I called first thing in the morning to get a price on the repair and they were able to fit us in same day. They said it would be done by 4pm and they delivered. They were up front about any possible extra fees if inspection found further damage (which luckily it didn't, but it was good to be prepared for possible outcomes). Very friendly staff. This is my second time doing business with them. I once bought a selfie stick from them. Both times they were very helpful and friendly.

I have been a customer at Smart Phones Revesby since 2014. They are always helpful and obliging. I have bought or had assistance with a number of mobiles and wi-fi units. 27/06/2020 I saw Sampson the new manager. He set up WhatsAp for me and even though there were complications he was patient, courteous and knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble. Really went the extra yard. Thank you, Sampson. I cannot recommend Smart Phones too highly. Thumbs up from Norma - diligence pays off.

Great customer service and my phone fixed very quickly after I had tried unsuccessfully to have this done the previous day at a different shop. Well done and thanks to the friendly staff for getting my problem fixed.
