The lady who works today 16th Oct is a disaster. Does not know how to process the gift card order and pushed the customer away. Stupid, how could she work here without knowing how to do things? That’s just not acceptable, and rude enough as the worst Liquorland staff I have ever seen, do not come if a lady is working in the shop, this girl should be fired

Disgusting business and staff! They do not ask for identification to minors even after being asked to do so by multiple parents and guardians. Disgusting! Your liquor license should be taken and staff should be fined. If you work in this kind of establishment and have completed your RSA, you would have knowledge of rules and regulations and follow the rules to keep our young kids safe.

The shop is good but staff often goes on break and keeping “we are back” sign on for hours.
You can get a beer only if you are lucky on that day and staff is not on a break.

Terrible customer service. Scoffed when I mentioned low carb beer, when my card declined he said 'it declined because there's no money in the account' and INSTANTLY went to take the beer out of the bag... before even asking if I'd like to use a different card or cash... seriously? This place needs to retrain their staff.
