After an appalling experience at officeworks today, I googled a local printing company seeking assistance with some invitations.
I came across Impressive print solutions and called 15 minutes before their close time.
I spoke with Aaron who was polite and honest about the fact that he had an extremely busy workload.. When hearing of what the invitations were for and the deadline I had he told me to come by and he would assist.
I wasn't too far away so I attended the premises and met Aaron. I explained to him exactly what I was hoping for.
The end result absolutely exceeded any expectations I had.. Aarons work is just phenomenonal.. What lovely customer service this business has.
I highly recommend for quality, professionalism and a genuine willingness to go out of their way to help.
