I'm super happy with the fast, efficient and friendly service provided by Richard and his team. I bought a new laptop from their shop last week. Richard transferred everything over from my old laptop in record time, even managing to reinstall some very old programs with just the scanty info I had. He quickly worked out why I couldn't connect to my printer and had that all sorted out in a few minutes. I would have been happy to pay for this extra service, but all this for just the price of the laptop. Thanks Richard.

Two weeks into owning my new rig and I couldn’t be happier. Super quiet, super smooth and performs well above what I was expecting. Memory out the wazoo, DDR5 barely flinches anymore, it’s always cold, DL speed is averaged at 40Mbps (no NBN) and the Mrs hasn’t noticed to much. Richy the mad lad looked after me and my semi-okay PC knowledge. I shall be back in a year or so and I get the girl serviced. Many thanks and much appreciation!

I'm only new in Australia and in the Central Coast. It was hard for me to find a local computer store to buy components for my gaming needs. Had a fantastic experience with Richard and Sandra assisting me on the whole process even if it went beyond 5pm. They didn't try to upsell you and only suggest what you need.

I highly recommend them. I was happy I was able to support a local business here in the Coast.

Every time I purchase parts for my partner and I, it has been nothing short of a positive experience. We are always welcomed upon arrival from reception and Richard always goes above and beyond to offer a helping hand with very informative knowledge. 10/10 customer service all around. Great guys, traveled by foot to get there from lisarow and i could tell the guy genuinely cared about my issue. gave me my new power supply for the quoted amount even though it was like 50$ more when he went to look. Had issues with cockroaches blowing up my old power supply, he gave me so much information on what to do. I pulled it all apart and cleaned it, and he was spot on about something else being wreaked by the power supplies arcing because one of my ram sticks was dead too!, and helped direct me to the right cleaning solutions to get it all sorted and now its like brand new. great guys 10/10

Took my noisy laptop in to be looked at Saturday late morning. Despite them being closed on Sunday (unbeknownst to me), they managed to sort the issue by Monday afternoon as well as giving it a full check. The gent even came in on his day off to finish it up for me! Very reasonably priced, will be recommending to my friends.

I just recently had an issue with my Gaming PC, wasn't sure what the issue was, and would have most likely replaced the wrong part trying to fault find on my own, took my PC to The Computer Guy and they diagnosed the fault at no cost, I purchased the parts from them at a great price (very competitive with the big online suppliers) the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I can't recommend them highly enough and the icing on the cake is getting to support a local coastie.

I've honestly never had such a good experience with a technology store. I've ordered so many components from a variety of stores, and not one has delivered a product quite as well as The Computer Guy, everything from the quote to sale to shipping was perfect.

The shop is well laid out and had everything you could think of for building a computer. I was only on for a computer service and staff were very knowledgeable and the turnaround was extremely quick. Thanks

Went in today and bought my first gaming pc. Spoke to Martin who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me pick a pc that was exactly in my budget range, I could not recommend these guys enough.

The computer guy is the best. I Bought a pc from someone who failed at making a decent pc and these guy did an amazing job at fixing and upgrading my pc. They were friendly and exceptional in explaining what was wrong and how they fixed it. They are now my computer guy and the only people I'll go to with computer repairs.

I bought an external hard disk from them and it arrived swiftly in the mail. Highly recommended and thanks for the Mentos too!

Amazing customer service! My PC tower needed a new disc tray. It was replaced within 2 hours! Way beyond my expectations, thinking it would be a few days (or longer) minimum. Thank you Richard, and the friendly ladies at the front counter. The price was more than reasonable too! Brilliant service!

Absolutely fantastic. I went in to upgrade my RAM and price up some additional parts I want to upgrade in future. Martin was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure the new RAM was compatible with my current set up before I left. He also gave my PC a dust blow out and upgraded my fan as the one I had was on its last legs.

He had an in depth conversation with me about the future upgrades I am wanting and explained some of the new hardware technology coming out to me that I was unaware of.

He knows what he is talking about and I found both he and his wife very friendly. I will 100% be a return customer and would recommend anyone who is after anything PC on the coast to go and see him first.

I've just moved to Blue Haven & a friend of mine recommended me to see Richard & the team at The Computer Guy in relation to my desktop PC. I dropped it off in the morning & got a call to pick it up in the afternoon. If I did this where I previously lived, it would have taken a week to resolve the issue I had with my desktop PC. Very prompt fast service & Richard explains his work to you so you don't feel that you're confused. Richard and his team go beyond expectations & are very friendly to customers.
I also bought a refurbished desktop PC as a backup from The Computer Guy. The price for it was excellent and well worth it.

I highly recommend The Computer Guy. Service, reception and quality service are 'first-rate'. They were recommended to me several years ago and I now do the same - recommended.

I've been coming here for literally years since Martin let me come and do work experience for high school years and years ago, everyone there has always been the kindest of people to me, my family and any friends i've recommended to them for any issue, they have always walked me through any problem and diagnostic so I knew exactly what was happening with my PC at all times. Recently i've had issues with my PC that took weeks to try and figure out on my own before I brought it in and within a few hours Richard had made several observations for the possible problem, cleaned the PC to a shine and replaced some potential issue parts and has always made sure to let me know how it went anytime I was about to leave, I couldn't imagine having to even try with half my issues elsewhere and they have truly treated me like family and I will always be forever grateful for their amazing attitude and professionalism no matter the circumstance. 100/10
