Bunnings Lake Haven

Would like to especially thank 2 lads in gardening (Daniel & I missed the other young man's name). Exceptional customer service, I asked if I could get some help getting 48 bags potting mix, etc to my vehicle. Well these 2 guys brought my whole order to my vehicle & proceeded to load everything in for me. I generally find staff @ Lakehaven quite good but the help from these 2 legends was really appreciated. A+ Bunnings team members, thanks lads in case you ever read this!

Just recieved fantastic customer service from holly and Cole who helped with a purchase of a new whipper snipper they couldn’t find stock so they sold the display and I didn’t have to come back or go to a different store very friendly and very helpful thanks to you both

It's huge!! Love the Garden Centre. Has a small cafe for snacks/coffee, etc. Plenty of parking plus trades pick-up inside the store. Try and avoid busy times. Middle afternoons are best. Staff are pleasant. Has lifts, stairs, and flat escalators to the bottom of the carpark.

Hi spoke with Pete at bunnings Lakehaven. He was amazing in his product knowlege of taps and flexhoses. He took 30mins to explain what was best for me to purchase. I left knowing and feeling very well looked after. He was fun to talk to andnothing was too much trouble. A great employee.

I attended the Lake Haven store needing help to load a bbq on a trolley and load into my car as I am slightly disabled, the lady at the entrance (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) but she rang and notified a staff member in the bbq section to meet me (it was no trouble to ask her for help) and I was met by Jasmine who loaded it on my trolley, came with me to the checkout and down to my car, Jasmine was so friendly and helpful and I thought it deserved some positive feedback for her. Thank you so much Jasmine, I really appreciated your help.

Staff are always amazing and extremely helpful. Our son is convinced Bunnings at Tuggerah is Fake Bunnings 🤣 because he only ever gets a sausage sandwich at Lakehaven because we go there on weekends haha 😜

A huge bunnings with loads of parking. It can get really busy but that's a testament to the store being good. Being so large, they don't tend to run out of stock and hand a large garden/outdoor section

I have been to many bunnings over the years, and for the first time ever we had an older gentleman in the tool section spend time with us to give us experienced advice. We were very grateful. Bunnings need to hire more people like this, instead of those who run away from customers.

Absolute legends! I injured my shoulder recently so a couple of the fellas on the floor here helped me get my new electric log splitter into the back of my ute. No complaints. All smiles. Champions 👌
