Had some complex issues for a building certifier to sort out. I'd initially been to another certifier who was terrible, would not talk to me or give good advice about how to sort these issues out. Platinum were the complete opposite, willing to give me advice and guidance rather than just say "go back to your engineer". A very friendly and helpful team and a great experience overall.

I have worked with BJ & The Team at Platinum Building Approvals with a number of Companies now. Finding out that they were the certifier for Rimfire Homes Pty Ltd when I moved was welcome news after dealing with other certification companies which left everything to the 11th hour only to find we required additional info.
Platinum BA are a proactive certification Team, Responding within a day or two of BA submission, letting you know of any problems or extra documentation required and helping to achieve an acceptable outcome.
