Honour Brunswick Heads

Just came home from my first visit (09/01/2020) and had to create an account so I could leave a review. The most delicious food I've had on the coast by a country mile and in a gorgeous, friendly setting too. I had the BLT with avocado and an Allpress coffee, while my friend had the ricotta, nectarine and prosciutto on sourdough. Seriously good eats. Everything came out quickly and was really just faultless.

I had the pleasure of dining here 2 days ago. My lady and I chose the 7 course banquet and it surpassed our wildest expectations. The ambience of the venue, the music and the setting was very beautiful and relaxing.

The staff were tremendous and were happy to share many interesting insights about their food and vision to support local producers.

The food was next level amazing. Some beautiful touches and flavour choices balanced the dishes perfectly and each course brought something else to excite the palate and the senses. The rainbow trout baked in herb butter and served with smoked caviar was exquisite.

I would happily dine here again and again. If you are looking for something special in Brunswick Heads, this will not disappoint.

Anna weaves her wonders in the kitchen. Each dish is made by her to order. Every morsel is a mouthful of deliciousness. We went with the set menu as it enabled us to try more dishes. I have never had trout that melts in your mouth like that before. The wine list is really interesting and complements the food perfectly. Friendly, knowledgeable service from Aymeric and Alice in combination with Anna made this a very enjoyable evening!

Blimey that was unexpected! Nothing special about the decor or the layout but that food!!!! Outstanding. Every dish was well considered, stacks of different flavours, local fresh produce. What an epic meal and the wine- I’d heard it was great but it was even better. We’re locals and it’s one of the best restaurants in the areas. My new favourite.

Fantastic food in Brunswick Heads, at Honour which is on the corner just opposite the foot bridge. We enjoyed the Chef's Menu selection and their great selection of wines. Highly recommended and very smooth process to book ahead online.

Exceptional food and service.
Each dish surprised us with the quality of the produce and the flavours.
The service was outstanding- so thoughtful and accommodating for our vegetarian by suggesting an alternative salad dressing to the chef and changing the plating up to avoid salumi touching the ricotta. Thank you!

We came to Honour for our 10th wedding anniversary and absolutely loved it. The intimate but cosy setting right by the river is beautiful. The wine list was sensational, the food was next level. Service was outstanding. We could not fault it. We will definitely be recommending it to friends and family and will be back very soon.

Loved everything about dining at Honour Brunswick Heads. Relaxed stylish room, great staff and excellent food. Lots of 'small plates' variety featuring fabulous local seasonal produce well executed and some very interesting mainly natural wines by the glass to go with it. I need to find out how the put the thin southern hemisphere like layer of butter with a perfectly straight edge at the 'equator', on the whole fresh radishes (green tops intact) that accompanied the yummy pork rillettes - made them look gorgeous, like little spinning tops and the taste was amazing. We will be back.

My partner and I were there on a Sunday morning. Had a beautiful chat with the owner, seems to be very passionate. The pancakes were delicious, fluffy and light. I would say probably the best I’ve ever had. The choc chip banana bread is to die for. Would definitely be visiting again.

Stayed in Brunswick Heads for the Christmas break and had great coffee here every morning. Last day today and stayed for breakfast. Had a freshly baked muffin to start off which was on point and followed up with the breakfast board. The Ham flavour was incredible and paired well with a perfectly poached egg, pickles and sauerkraut. My partner had the tomatoes and nectarines with added prosciutto, what I managed to steal from her plate was amazing. Great produce being used is evident. It was a busy morning and we were served quickly. Happy days. Dog friendly too.

My favourite place to eat in Brunswick heads. Amazing food, the best selection of wines in town and really great vibe with music that has you grooving while you chow down the yummy food!
Highly recommend this place for a relaxed and elegant dinner in the most beautiful town in the northern rivers.

The food is exceptional, ambience amazing and staff perfect. Loved the whole experience and booked again for next weekend. No favorite dish, all are superb.

Yes, there’s something special. The vibe, the menu and the music take you somewhere else.
Anna and Aymeric are doing something simply good. And that’s what you’ll remember: a disarming simplicity that celebrates beautiful produces and make you travel.

Tried others but this one always comes up trumps. Love this cafe because its so consistently good with food and coffee and its great service. Even in really busy times there is never a long wait. Menu interesting and changes seasonally and nice specials also. I've found its also the most affordable cafe in town but luckily does not cut corners in providing quality produce and delicious food. Eggs are local pasture raised which are a great bonus. Just recently had the goats cheese, oregano and caramelized onion omelette on sourdough with slow roasted tomatoes for under $17! Delicious

By the looks of it, this is where the regular locals go which to me is the best recommendation.

Finally today we had a chance to have lunch and it was incredible. The food was so delicious and the wine was really beautiful. The friendly staff as well made our visit so enjoyable. Will definitely be back again!

Consistently top quality dining! Interesting and delicious! Stracciatella cheese snack to die for! But everything beautifully prepared, presented and most importantly tasted superb. Thanks again!

Delicious food, which was all extremely tasty and fresh. Great selection of wine by the glass to compliment the food and easy to share. Beautiful music in the background and friendly staff 🌻

Terrace Espresso Brunswick Heads
Just had a fabulous breakfast here! Definitely worth the drive south! Yummo Local heirloom tomatoes, nectarines, prosciutto sitting on great toasted sourdough and topped with the lightest velvety ricotta, drizzled with local bush honey and every now and then a surprise hint of fresh thyme sprinkled throughout! Excellent AllPress Coffee and great service! Well done Anna and Aymeric!! We’ll definitely be back!
