Spell Byron Bay Store

Brittany from the Customer Care team was such an angel!!! Went above and beyond to help me find the right sizing and when the items disappeared from my cart (not many brands sell out in a minute! Spell is on a whole other playing field!), she was absolutely incredible and helped me get the gorgeous pieces. Thanks so much to the entire team at Spell - every single person I've ever had the joy of interacting with at Spell has always been the kindest and sweetest soul, the designs are always so uniquely beautiful, the content inspirational, and not only that but doing good for people and planet by being a certified B-Corp business. Every time I walk into this boutique it's like walking into a little piece of heaven. The clothes are glorious and about 90% of my wardrobe is now Spell. The staff know the products well, are super helpful and give honest feedback. I am always greeted with a smile and treated with respect and kindness. It is always worth the hour drive for me and look forward to my next visit! They are child friendly and have a lovely outdoor area. Thank you so much ladies.

I had the most wonderful experience in store today with the friendliest sales assistant ever (one with long dark hair, 30-ish). She was attentive but not overbearing and just really genuine and friendly. I didn’t buy anything but after we left even my partner said it was the best shopping experience he had ever had in terms of his interactions with staff. She was such a gem and made us feel so welcome! X

Amazing experience at the Spell store, after reading previous reviews about the quality I was a bit apprehensive but they are all untrue! The quality is better than other more expensive brands, the prints are beautiful and the customer service in the store was really friendly and welcoming. I hope Spell will open a London store so I can shop not just on my holidays.

My second time In store and my second time being served by the lovely Holly. This time I was picking an extra special dress.. my wedding dress. Holly did a fitting with me and we had a great time trying on dresses and she really helped me pick the perfect dress. As I am traveling in Australia, my family or friends couldn't make the fitting, Holly made me feel like I had a friend in the room. The other staff were also very helpful and chatty. I really love this store and I hope to visit again soon.. thank you Spell and Holly 🙏🏻💕

The most gorgeous shop. Stunning space (so girly), wonderful customer service provided by lovely ladies who are attentive but not pushy. The clothes are made of divine fabrics, beautiful prints, very high quality. It was a highlight of our holiday to visit the Spell store. Mum and I both love our new outfits :) thank you

My friends and I had the best shopping experience with Hannah today. The shop was extremely busy however she engaged with each and every shopper and made my girlfriends and I and many others in the shop feel like we were the only ones there. What a credit to your business thank you Spell.

Have never been graced with walking into this store - but I have bought dozens and dozens of their designer pieces online store and stockists. Every piece I love and cherish and wear with a big smile. It’s an addiction. You will not find a more gorgeous bohemian and vintage inspired collection anywhere else! Love love.

Customer service was amazing, going above and beyond. Fair prices for a stand alone boutique (in Byron Bay), of course they are on the higher side but you pay for quality and it’s what you get.

I love this shop! Wonderful people and beautiful clothes and jewelry. I found my favorite necklace here. I'll look forward to going back next time I am in Byron Bay!

I love Spell. I don't understand why others don't. They make beautiful designs & their company ethos resonates. It's a bit on the pricey side but if you work out price per wear it's worth it! Investment pieces. x

Great experience shopping and beautiful clothing. All clothing is ethical and sustainable. Unique and pretty designs. The clothing is not only comfortable but you feel very beautiful.
