Loved everything from the service, vibe, food, and ambience to the most amazing food and cocktails ... all exceptional and more!! We are very loyal customers, and every time we are in Byron, we make sure to come back to the most beautiful place, The Balcony!! It's consistently perfect 👌!!🥰😋🩷

Many reasons as to why such a high rating for me on this place, firstly our first night didn’t go as planned sadly so I sent a message on their internal review site.

I’m so glad I did as the turn around and understanding was so professional and smooth.

First we were contacted with apologies followed with a please come and try again so we can rectify what happened.

So so glad we did, this just highlights that all businesses can have a down night or a bumpy moment.

We absolutely enjoyed ourselves, the oysters were perfect, cocktails as always a treat and the location and service was fun and comfortable.

So glad we had another try and bingo first experience now wiped from the memory and in its place is a super fun evening.

Stunning views, location is so authenticity pleasing. Food is presented in 5 star fashion and the taste is on par.

We had a fantastic dining experience at The Balcony Bar & Oyster Co. The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding, especially the oysters. Our meal arrived promptly and was incredibly fresh. The ambience of the restaurant was delightful, and what I appreciated most was that it was a kid-friendly place. They provided crayons and colouring materials to keep the little ones entertained. Overall, it was a memorable visit, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in a family-friendly atmosphere.

Can I move in? Loved visiting there today! Seafood platter and cocktails for lunch. Service was amazing, atmosphere was just what we needed. See you next holiday xx

Visited for a few margaritas this evening which were absolutely delicious & very reasonably priced. Atmosphere was great and our server (we think Ben) was absolutely lovely and his service was outstanding!

My partner and I had a wonderful dining experience the location is beautiful and the food was delicious and quick to come out despite it being quite busy. The service that was provided by our waitress was outstanding, I believe her name was Connie. My partner and I are not from Byron Bay, however she made us feel very comfortable. She was very patient and happy to answer any questions we had. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we will definitely be returning in the future.

So nice we went twice ✌🏽I really enjoyed it here. The food was incredible and the ambiance was great! Also the staff was very welcoming and friendly and also prompt. The first time we came here we didn’t make a reservation and luckily we were able to make it just in time before other people had to wait. We sat down right away and began to order. I got the crab linguine and my wife ordered crab salad. Also how can I forget the amazing fish tacos as an appetizer! The fish tacos and the crab linguine was the highlight of food out here in Byron Bay! Then second time we came back was last night and we made a reservation through the phone with no problem to make on the same day. I ordered the same thing and my wife ordered just two fish tacos as her main dish. We also ordered the duck fat chips which was some awesome french fries. I definitely recommend it. It’s always busy so make sure to make a nice reservation with outside seating. The first time we sat inside but the second time we were able to to sit outside and face the streets and people watch. It was an all around 5/5 experience at the balcony. You will not be disappointed. 👍🏽

Relax and chill atmosphere, very delicious seafoods. Especially the sauce for the fried calamari was so good.

A great lunch meal with fresh salads and king prawn cocktail. The greens salad was exactly what I was looking for on such a hot day in Byron Bay.

It’s been a while since I visited The Balcony and I was very impressed to see the service and food had improved. We had the most kind and helpful waiter, Chaddy. The food was delicious and arrived hot and fresh.
We were super impressed with the food, drinks and service from everyone. I. Any wait to come back.

Asline was amazing she couldn’t be more helpful or bubbly. She went above and beyond for our Hens night in the private dining room. She deserves a pay rise. Would definitely come again especially if we could have Asline serve us again . Well done

We came in for dinner on Wednesday evening. We were greeted by gorgeous Host Isa who sat us at a comfy lounge. Service was friendly and efficient. We were looked after by Jan who was an absolute legend.
The cocktails were delicious and the wine menu extensive. The food was incredible. Seafood really fresh and yummy. The flavours in each dish well balanced. We stayed for extra cocktails after our meal enjoying the vibe. Will definitely be back.

Amazing food and ambiance, and great service!

I definitely recommend the king crab linguine, it was one of the best pasta I’ve ever had! The ocean trout was also delicious, with a nice crispy skin. We loved the duck fat chips as well.

came to the balcony last night for happy hour with my sister , for how busy it was i must say, the waiters did amazing!! they all did so well to communicate & keep their calm considering the rush they were in but this one girl maiya who served us made our night with her kindness, amazing personality.

Market Sunday,and the balcony was the best place to watch the action! And of course ,eat the best!

Great dinner at Balcony Bar last night - it was my birthday and they offered a complimentary birthday margarita! Never had that offering anywhere before! Highly recommend & thanks again to the bar for the great bday service.

Relaxed vibe with great food. Our group had 8 people and most of our drinks and meals arrived at the same time. Well priced since the food is unique and delicious.
