I think this market is usually situated by the coast, however this weekend it was placed either side of the train tracks at the outer of Byron - plenty of parking in the parklands / paddocks.
Such a chill vibe, the friendly family atmosphere was great.
So many stalls with so many local artisans showcasing their talents, you could spend hours looking at all the unique & wonderful handmade items such as
•candles
•perfumes
•clothing
•chopping boards
•shoes
•food
•blankets
•instruments
Etc etc etc
The local musicians make it even more inviting.
Plenty of food & coffee stalls as well.
My favourite market so far!
I would definitely visit if you love this sort of thing 🎶

This market is so nice and colourful! Not the usual cheap stuff but really unique things from Byron Bay and Hinterland. There‘s even a food court with live music. We had delicious indian food for lunch. If you are buying to much and therefore running out of my there are mobile ATM‘s everywhere 😂

The markets were great! We stocked up on fresh produce for a ouckbic we had later in the day including some fresh breads, cheeses and fruits as well as some amazing blooms from Singh to flowers! 🌻 Check out church farm for great Thai curry paste!

Great idea, I hope this continues. Live music, a small number of stalls selling handicrafts (all looks pretty good), and lots of nice places to eat (we had a reservation at no bones - awesome btw, so could only fit in a snack). These places were popular:

Korean hot dog (like a plutopup/notdog/corndog)
Vegan Balinese food
Italian pasta joint
Filipino bbq

Other places include: indian curries in a roti cone, South American (we loved the South American), juice stand.

Don't miss out on this on a Saturday night.

I went for morning breakfast there.. lot of things and local products there.. it is a good place to visit for your local farmers market. I enjoyed the whole vibes there even though it was rainy day.. I ate burritos from one of the market shop and it was not so bad.. asked for spicy chicken burrito and not spicy I was expected but I wouldn’t say bad.. it was good.

Fantastic food, great music and lots of unique, quality stores & goods to try and buy. Gets super busy but there’s always a really friendly vibe. Parking is limited so best park a few streets away and enjoy the walk over.

Fun weekend event to chill, eat, listen to funky music and let the kids play in the playground. In keeping with the Byron vibe of chilling out !

Friendly faces, good products, not as good location as last year when it was all along by the ocean. Now it was a bit too hot spot, I think.
