They have a ton of different types of beans! I had a hazelnut flat white and it was the best coffee I had in Australia so far (I have been here for 8 days so far).

Amazing selection of coffee, great tasting coffee, no complaints. Only a few tables, but great for take away!

Best coffee ever. You get to choose your coffee beans from a pick of about 25 types. You can get hot coffee. They have lactose free milk. There are two types of iced coffees, ice only or ice cream and cream. I had the ice only, and it was great. If you like vanilla, do try their vanilla coffee. If you aren't sure what coffee to pick, ask the staff, and they will advise you.
I have never been more happy with a coffee experience ever.

The smell of coffee bean is what brought me to this wonderful little gem in the heart of Cairns.

I was blown away by the selection of beans on offer. With so much to choose from, I asked the service staff "I will have what is a popular blend" as I am no coffee connoisseur. The iced coffee brew was amazing. Smooth, rich and creamy... they staff (maybe the owner) took great pride in his shop and the service was top quality. I will be heading back next time I am in Cairns to hopefully enjoy more of the wide range of beans on display.

I was super impressed to find a coffee shop in Cairns (anywhere for that matter) that solely focusses on coffee. Nothing other than espresso and coffee beans. From all over the world.

I tried the * ETHIOPIAN D'JIMMAH* beans. Was looking for something strong with a strong after taste.

I think I need to try something stronger. Next time , I will try the * The Godfather Il*

Staff was amazingly friendly.

All coffee served in take away cups, but there are a few seats outside for your comfort.

Coming in here made my day. The Grafton street staff has hands down the best staff in any store I've ever been too - they were super friendly and welcoming! The coffee is delicious too. What a unique place with a wide range of coffee beans for you to choose from.

One of the best coffees I've had in Australia, and I'm from Melbourne! We need Cruze in Melbourne asap. Freshly roasted and so many aromatic beans to pick from. Gilberto brewed me a perfect cuppa, thanks! $6 for a large coffee is ridiculously cheap in a tourist location like Cairns, and no extra charge for non dairy milk! Wish I was staying here longer to try all their beans - only got to try 3 so far. White Night, Godfather and Smooth Harry. They also sell beans ground coffee to take home. Coffee you can't refuse (it's their motto) :)

What an amazing Coffee shop! The friendly, personalised service from all the staff was above and beyond, and their coffee is even better! Love the ability to create your own unique blend and try so many different combos.
Couldn't recommend or review them highly enough! 10/10 for coffee, service and just a great time!

It's a kind of bitter taste beans.
But it was very matched sweet vanilla ice cream.

Coffee is awesome but also staffs are friendly as well.

I'm a harsh critic and I seldom give 5 stars, but honestly, it's the customer service. That's the thing. A genuine smile everytime you walk in and they even take the initiative to remember you on a first name basis such as to treat you more as a friend than a customer... not many businesses do that. You actually feel like you're valuable to them and it's no joke that they have the best coffee in Cairns. REAL Italian made coffee, just the way I like it (made by actual Italians too!)
These people truly enjoy what they're doing and I love it! ❤

For serious coffee lovers. Beautifully made coffee and you get to choose the blend. There's a blend to suit everyone's taste (not sure about tea drinkers 😊). Friendly, chatty owners make this a great coffee experience. Visit early Saturday morning for the full aussie cultural adventure.

You will be supprised how difficult to find a good coffee in Cairns. Apart from lack of understanding in basic difference i.e. latte vs cappuccino there is also the issue with constant migration of baristas.
So far I have tried a few popular places in Edgehill and near hospital a was disappointed.

Cruze coffee satisfied me the most. Barista seems to be very experienced. Things may change if he will leave this place.

Other advantages is variety of coffee you can choose from. Statistically google rankings is validated.

Awesome coffee. Lots of options for coffee beans. You choose the one you want and that's freshly grounded and made for you. Have not seen this anywhere else. Will try to come back before my vacation ends 😀
