Mark and I wish to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation for your professionalism, dedication to your role in Lifestyle, and your caring nature to your residents. Your encouragement with Dad is greatly assisting him in regaining the confidence he had in his professional life as a teacher, and a prominent reader at Church. We also thank you Nikki for your regular updates and newsletters.

Our interactions with all of Bupa Staff, ranging from your helpful Reception Staff, to the specialist Nurses, Carers and Management, has been exemplary.

We feel completely reassured knowing Dad is not only being catered for medically, emotionally and socially, but it is also most comforting to know that Dad is very happy to return home, after spending time with me at his other home.

As a resident living in Bupa Pottsville for the past 2 years, I have always been extremely happy. I have enjoyed the wonderful social experience and gardening. Highly recommend.

Both of my parents have been at Bupa pottsville for the last 2 years.
They are both really happy with the care and their living environment.
The staff are wonderful!!!
When I have had an inquiry or issue with my parents, I have always been given the attention needed to to help address my concerns.
Like aged care in general,more staff are needed, and I hope management can recruit and train more wonderful carers ,ancillary staff (physiotherapists etc)and nurses to ease the load on staff already present
The facility is bright and clean .
I would recommend to anyone looking for a care facility.

We were made a lot of promises by the person doing admissions when my mother was in for respite which sounded great. It was what we were looking for.
None of them were carried out. In retrospect it seemed like just a blurb to get her in there. At one stage they didn’t even have food for her, they ‘forgot’.
They agreed that all prescriptions and medical needs would be supplied by me and yet we’ve received a bill from a pharmacy we refuse to deal with. They can pay it to make up for the missed meal and unfulfilled promises.
Extremely disappointing experience. I’d give 1 star except that some of the staff seemed great. Management seems to be the issue and that’s confirmed after reading a staff review which basically says they don’t care as long as they get paid.
