Jamdrop Cafe Cairns

I experienced this lovely cafe located opposite Cairns Private Hospital. Jamdrop Cafe has a history of 22 years and employees who have worked for over 10 years. The staff was pleasant and the food was fresh and delicious. The coffee came out and I was surprised at how pretty it was. It is said that all cakes and cookies are made in-house every morning. What's going on in this little cafe? Everything exceeded my expectations, and I feel aggrieved that I didn't know about this cozy place.

Got the best Belgian waffles I’ve ever had with a delicious coffee and some amazing latte art on top by the barista, all around great cafe with good service and little wait time.

We ordered 2 ham & cheese croissants, the onesy, a hot chocolate, cappuccino and chai latte. The food was nice and warm and came out quickly. The server was friendly and atmosphere was relaxing.

Pleasant little cafe close to the medical precinct near the Cairns Hospital.

Outside seating on the verandah is very pleasant , away from the hot spring morning sun, and enjoys the coral Sea breeze that sneaks in through Upward Street.

Coffee was very good. The Orange Almond cake was very moist and sweet. Delicious.

I have been in Cairns for the week and breakfast at the Jamdrop Cafe was a must do start to my day. The staff are really friendly, all the food is cooked fresh and the coffee is awesome. Thank you for making my week feel homely.

Friendly staff quick and quality food really worthy for what you pay.
Had a Tuesday breakfast, coffee and grilled chicken salad really enjoy it.

Great place for a delicious breakfast. Fresh and tasty food at very good prices. The coffee is also very nice - the Barista really knows how to make a great cuppa. Friendly staff that are very customer focused. I really enjoyed eating at this wonderful little cafe.

Another delicious breakfast from the wonderful staff at Jamdrop Cafe. Located across from the Cairns Private Hospital in Lake Street, this cafe has never failed to deliver. The staff are very courteous and professional, the meal wait times are minimal and the food is always high quality.

Popped in early for breakfast during the week. They are open early (06.30) which is great. Had bacon & eggs. Generous portions & the scrambled eggs were light and fluffy. The service was quick and friendly with cheery smiles. The coffee was also good. Would highly recommend.

Stayed in cairns for a week and found this little cafe behind our accommodation. Ended up coming for daily coffee and breakfast. Food and service was amazing and the staff were so friendly. Would definitely come back!

A excellent caf'e to get great quality food and friendly service. You can order to sit down or takeaway. Every time l have stopped at this caf'e, it is usually crowded with customers. Highly recommended!The caf'e is located on the ground floor on left in photo.
