Attentive staff and a great buffet. We particularly liked the (barista made) coffee, the eggs Benedict and the chocolate pudding. An excellent way to start the day before hitting the reef, the rainforest or the coast.

Great restaurant with awesome views of the marina. The staff are amazing and very friendly. Didn’t find it busy at all over the weekend. Lots of space and attentive staff.
The food was good with your usual spread of buffet breakfast items. Omelette station was nice and barista made coffee hit the spot!
Nice little small Asian section but only catered to Japanese tastes in my opinion.

There is plenty of choice when it comes to breakfast, sadly the food itself is not all that great. The doughnuts and waffles are cold, the miso soup and soba are bland and the omelets are oily.

There is a fresh juice bar, it is a treat. The views are lovely. You have to get attention of the staff, but they are very friendly and help quickly.

Try the hash browns for sure, and the selection of honey.

Not worth the time or money. Walk a block up the street and you will find multiple places with higher quality food, coffee and at a better price point.

The hotel and hotel staff are great. Our trip was almost spoilt by our experience at breakfast in the Cafe Sunrise!
My wife and I both ordered the Eggs Benedict, I ordered a side of mushrooms as well.
To be fair, the staff in the cafe were very helpful and pleasant, no problem with the staff, the problem was with the food!

We waited 45 minutes for the food to arrive and when it did it looked appalling and was cold.
The extra mushrooms I ordered consisted one ONE mushroom, costing $3
The ham consisted of two slices of thin processed meat, the toast was only toasted one one side, the eggs were well cooked but cold and the Hollandaise sauce was chilled (it is supposed to be served warm)
At $19 I would expect the Hollandaise Sauce to be homemade and not from a carton.
To top it off, the salad garnish was rotting with black slimy parts to it.
It is very rare that I send food back but we could not eat this and insisted on a full refund

Very bad staff un cooperative. Food is very very bed even no spoon.
Even when we r seeting in for breakfast they say timeing is till 9.30 and start removing break fast from service area also at 9.30
