Wharf 350 Bar & Restaurant

The rump steak and the smoked chicken were both juicy and cooked perfectly, gnocchi was delicious and the sauce was well balanced. Lovely atmosphere, service was great. Perhaps a tad slow with service of drinks but still deserving of 5 starts for service overall. Also, the location is fab - right on the water and great for people watching.

Located within Rydges, this restaurant offers an excellent contemporary menu to be enjoyed with views of Newcastle's working harbour. The service was friendly and personalised, and the drinks menu offered a great selection of local and imported beverages. I ordered the chef's tasting plate and was thoroughly satisfied with the flavours, freshness, and portion sizes. I felt the price fairly represented the quality of the meal and can't wait to go back to try more of the menu from this talented chef 👨‍🍳.

A hidden gem of Newcastle. I have been eating here for over 12 months and it never disappoints. Service is now first class as is the food. And what a setting. Superb

We absolutely enjoyed our dinner at the bar. The Seafood Chowder and Margarita Pizza was very delicious and exceed our expectations. Bar staff were very polite and cheerful and composed despite the busy Christmas atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We went looking for a place by the water for Brunch on Sunday. A stroll along the Honeysuckle waterfront brought us towards Rydges.

There is a small but good buffet breakfast available to all. Lovely selection of seating inside and out.

Tea, coffee and juice is included but barista coffee is an additional charge.

There was fruit, cereals and pastries for your cold selection. The hot foods were bacon, scrambled eggs, cooked mushrooms & tomatoes and hash browns.

There is the conveyor toaster with a selection of breads, there was also a separate area with gluten free breads aswell. Also the pancake maker machine was in operation with a few topping selections including hundreds and thousands!

The one option I didn't spy until I had finished was the egg and omlette station! There is a small menu that you can tick you option from and then take a table number for it to be delivered to you, so sorry I didn't see this earlier!!

We often stay at Rydges and have eaten at many of the local restaurants. Wharf 350 is consistently better than the others so is now our first choice when in the area.

Good food and great views of Newcastle Harbour.
