The Lillipad Cafe pleasantly surprised our group of 9 with their superb accommodation for a walk-in reservation. The service was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. The food portions were generous and well-priced, satisfying our hunger without breaking the bank. Don't judge a book by its cover—despite its unassuming exterior, The Lillipad Cafe shines as a fantastic breakfast spot in Cairns. Highly recommend!!!

They made the last day of my Cairns trip perfect. What surprised me the most was the quantity and perfect taste of the food and coffee. Although they had a small mistake which anyone can ignore, they responded even more kindly than I expected, and I could see their utmost effort to satisfy the customers.
If I come to Cairns again, I will definitely come back!

Had the best vegan pancakes. They were simple and not trying to be too fancy, which made them perfect and feel like home. I asked for mine with fruit instead of ice cream and I think this was a great way to balance out the sweetness of the maple syrup. Also the serving size was massive.

OMG PANCAKE is so delicious! Very soft and thick! The portion is big enough for two people to eat together!

Lily Pad Cafe in Cairns. It's honestly one of my favorite spots in the city. The serving size is perfect and the pancakes are fluffy. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is super friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. Whether you're in the mood for breakfast, lunch, or just a cup of coffee, they've got you covered. Plus, the outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather in Cairns. You definitely need to check it out! 😄🍽☕

Was my favourite breakfast place back in the day when I lived here and it's still great. Known for unique dishes and generous servings. Consistently good food. Highly recommend Lilipad Cafe.

One of my favourite breakfast spots in Cairns. The portions are huge and prices are okay. The menu is very big and there's something for everyone. It's not the fanciest place but it's cozy. The only annoying thing are the pigeons which are lurking around when you're sitting outside...

Fantastic late breakfast for the two of us on Monday 14/11/22 & our first visit to The Lillipad Cafe. Great menu choice from the menu planner, large portion size breakfast meals served within 15 minutes, tasty delicious meals with drinks. Friendly staff & menu prices very reasonable paying AUD $63.00 for both meals & drinks. Plenty of parking spaces opposite the Cafe.

The place is cute, staff are friendly and the food is absolutely delicious! My favourite cafe in FNQ! It's buzzing with good energy and loads of plant-based options! Seriously, the best vegan food in Cairns! The portions are huge, you won't leave the place hungry. There are also meat options, even steak, but order the vegan stuff instead, it's better for you and the planet ;)

A group of us went, we had join a few tables, wait quite a bit for the food, but man was it amazing! Everyone absolutely loved what they ordered. Breakfast burrito, pancakes, 8 different juices, you name it we ordered it all! It was delicious and I wish there was a Lillipad’s everywhere! Serving sizes are generous and it’s great because everyone will keep trying your meal, so there’s plenty left for you! Will 10/10 recommend and definitely be back just to eat here again!

Let me tell you, this place is absolutely rad. The vibes are chill, the staff is super friendly, and the food is top-notch. I highly recommend trying their Pancake Stack and fresh juices!

Value for money is second to none here.
Meals are BIG and the cost is very modest indeed.
The food is flavourful and wholesome, the juices are refreshing and the customer service is friendly.
It's for these reasons that The Lillipad Café consistently is so busy and popular amongst Cairns residents and tourists alike.
We arrived late in the day, approaching the time the kitchen closed and yet nothing was a trouble for the staff which was greatly appreciated. The café has an incredibly wide menu and a great kids menu which makes things all the easier when traveling with them in toe.
