Tillys Play & Development Centre Fern Bay

We love Tillys Fern Bay. We appreciate the care you have show our child and the effort that has gone into the program to enrich and personalise development. We feel supported, thought of and listened to all the time.

We love absolutely everything about Tillys at Fern Bay! I can’t speak highly enough of the staff especially! They are incredibly loving and caring and we’re always welcomed with the biggest smiles! Communication is excellent and there is so much effort that goes into supporting the care, learning and development of the children! The centre itself is beautiful and clean with lots of fun outdoor and indoor space. The smile on my toddler’s face every afternoon when I pick her up says it all really!

Tillys Fern Bay has been so helpful this year with all that has been going on. They have taught the children about what is occurring in a way they can understand and have been great keeping families up to date with new procedures and been there to give assistance when we needed it. They have a lovely new centre with quality caring staff who go out of their way to make my daughters days happy and full of fun things to do.

I have 3 children that attend Tilly’s daycare centre and I couldn’t be happier. The staff are amazing and very welcoming. The kids love going there and are happy on drop off. I have recommended and I will continue to recommend Tilly’s for people wanting opinions on daycare centres. Keep up the great work.

Tilly’s have taken time and effort to know my child as an individual from the first day she started. They personalise activities to suit her likes and dislikes and have tailored learning programs to reflect her developing needs. They know our family by name and always treat us with care and respect.

Staff are amazing, my daughter transitioned from her old centre to this one with no issues at all. Its a friendly, caring environment and so handy being i can do one drop off with my other kids at the public school across the road. Food smells amazing too.

As a mum of a special needs child, Tilly's at fern bay have gone above and beyond to help my daughter have such a positive experience! The amount of patience and understanding from not only all staff but also the kids In her class.

All of the Carers are amazing. Our son really enjoys going to daycare at Fern Bay and we know that he is safe and well cared for.

Great facility and even better staff. Our son has thrived in the last 15 months since going here. No words can justify just how great it is here.

It's a great centre. It's got knowledgeable educators and good communication. My kids love it there.
