Our townhouse lot is managed by Philip Li from Comfort Living Strata and he was an exceptional manager. He tended to our requests in a timely manner and had always engaged tradesman straight after an issue was raised.

We recently had a flood in our property late at night, Philip was able respond and arrange the plumber for the following morning. The plumber that Philip engages, John and Charlie, were also extremely helpful, they go above and beyond to resolve a potential flood risk at my place for the long term. They were also patient in explaining the issues and their solution.

Highly recommend them!

I experienced prompt and effective response when communicating with comfort strata. For example, I made some advance payments and the ledger became a bit complicated. When I called their office number, the manager was in a meeting, however, the person who received the call, Sush from accounts team, helped me understand the ledger and went through the detailed breakdown of payments very nicely! Thanks Sush! I hope in future they can arrange for direct debit so that these routine payments could be easier.

Our Strata manager Amanda is very responsive and easy to deal.with. Her level of service is great and her knowledge of relevant strata laws/bylaws is also great. Highly recommended.

I had the electricity cut off at night and as my electrician advised that we need the access to the main switchboard room but he didn't have the Abloy Key. I called CLSM next day and a property manager named Amanda Hanania turned up and provide help, quick response and detailed instructions, even it's after hours. Thanks CLSM, thanks Amanda Hanania. I appreciate the help pulling me out of the dark.

Sush is so great and patient. She replied to all the emails in a timely manner and understood the concerns and fixed it to her best ability.

I have been dealing with Comfort Living Strata for almost 6 years and highly recommend their services.
