I purchased a week pass and enjoyed the classes. Lots of good timetable options back to back allowing you to stay for a double.

I had an incredible suprise today when I attended flow class with jess kidman.
This lovely friendly girl is the best class leader I've ever met in nearly 30 years of doing yoga classes.
I've never experienced a class leader who communicates anywhere near as amazing as jess did today.
If you want to experience something special..definitely join one of jess kidmans classes. You be held in the moment the entire time.

I absolutely adore this place. All of the teachers bring so much knowledge, love and compassion to each class. I always leave feeling so much better! My practice and technique has improved in just a short time of being at this wonderful, warm and welcoming studio.

Have been a regular here for 6 weeks now, and am absolutely hooked. It’s a purpose built Beautiful calm room with a variety of different teachers who have given me a great start to the world of yoga. I am so grateful for the amazing world they have opened up for me and my partner.

Best traditional yoga on the Gold Coast. Such a welcoming place , combined with really high technical teaching knowledge and skill. Really enjoying Marias’ class on Sundays.

Having just recently moved from Melbourne I was looking for a high quality, warm and inviting studio to call home on the GC and I couldn’t have found better.
The studio itself is a perfect mix between light and protected-warmth for relaxation, the timetable is by far one of the most available and diverse I could find, especially regarding morning classes (including Yin classes, apparently these aren’t popular in the mornings on the GC like they are in Melb!) and the teachers are all very experienced and incredibly lovely.
The cherry on top is the owner Jess, she’s a superstar teacher and the warmest, kindest soul, I imagine she brings a feeling of home and belonging to everyone who comes, which is a bit reason why we all keep coming back!
I couldn’t recommend more highly this gorgeous studio, it’s absolutely value for money and a home away from home. Thank you Jess & Team.

Great range of class options and the teachers are amazing. The space is cosy and comfy and people are very nice. they also have these awesome challenges every now and then and you can purchase discounted unlimited month pass. LOVE IT!
