Fantastic team, friendly and professional. I walked in with no appointment to ask a question on a small issue and the lovely receptionist got a technician and fixed it then and there. Nothing was too much trouble.

Awesome service. Always provides a shuttle for car services. If it's a short fix there is an amzing waiting rea upstairs with complimentary coffee station and kids play area.

Everyone at Von Bibra Honda are very friendly and professional. It feels like they have lots of very good training. I'm not sure if that's the case, but it feels like it. Very nice premises with comfortable lounge. Their coffee machine makes some of the best cappuccino I've had on the Gold Coast. It's true. The shuttle bus drivers great to talk to, I wished I lived further away. I didn’t talk to any of the mechanics but the car wasn't running great before their service and was perfect afterwards, so I rate highly. I recommend without hesitation.

We were looking to upgrade our Honda HRV with the latest model. We dealt with sales consultant Ethan who earned our trust throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was honest, upfront & trustworthy. He provided very prompt and professional service without being pushy, which was refreshing. Great experience overall. I am a car rental operator on the Gold Coast for two decades now.
I am always buying cars to update my fleet.
I popped into Von Bibra at Robina and was warmly welcomed by Jay the manager.
He dropped what he was doing and showed me around the yard as to what stock was available.
Then introduced me to Leon who was very helpful and courteous.
We concluded a sale on a 2019 Kia Cerato at a good price.
My experience from start to finish was the best ever.
I will highly recommend the high service levels and personal nature of my experience with them .
I have developed a good working relationship and will be buying more cars from them.

The crew at Honda in Robina are great. Not like car sales people at all actually, so we had a pleasant experience with our purchase. They looked after us and were genuine and honest, which was very welcomed.

So impressed!!! I could not speak highly enough of the service we received from Ethan and Honda Robina. Ethan helped us arranged a new car purchase from NZ, and on our arrival to Australia, Ethan delivered in every way - he helped us out with a loan car, secured the car we wanted, ensured the extras we asked for were organised, and kept us in the loop. The people are great to talk to and really friendly staff. One of the sales persons, Claudius, was super helpful and friendly. He helped me buy my first car and he couldn’t of made the process any easier. He explained what I had to do and when do it. He made it very easy. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a first car or their 10th car

First experience with VonBibra and Jay was exceptional. From first meeting, explaining what I was after he ticked every box, and in a timely manner, my new car is everything I wanted and jay was amazing start to finish. Callum provided great customer service. He didn’t oversell or try and sign me up for a bunch of extras I didn’t want and her didn’t put unnecessary pressure on me to buy. This was a good approach. From the minute we walked into the car dealership, Claudius greeted us (in the rain) with a warm, friendly and approachable persona (something we've very rarely experienced from car dealerships in our own home town up North). Ethan Claverie from Robina Von Bibra was one of the reasons I went back to there after going to 4 different dealers as he has excellent customer service and communication was second to none. Not to mention his product knowledge was incredible… didnt need any assistance from manuals or other staff to provide any information. He went through everything in the car initially and then again when I picked up my new car. As young as Ethan is, his maturity and knowledge is well beyond his years.
