A lovely employee called Anders served me a while ago. My Original Chicken burger was divine however my wife's fries were a bit under seasoned. Not to worry as salt isn't great for my cholesterol!

The food here is so good. Nine people serving behind the counter, so very fast service and all the food is Delicious.

Excellent food not just chicken, there salads are amazing, they also offer other hot food options. There chips are incredible and worth going there just for them. Great service from the ever smiling team. I recommend downloading their app for fast orders, points and payment options.

Burgers are great and I like that they have a naked burger option. Really great flavour in the meat and good quality beef patties - always juicy and tender. Really love the roast pork belly - great on a roll or even on its own. Great range of fresh salads. Service can be a bit slow at lunchtime - but only because it is so popular and burgers and chips and such are cooked fresh. Always friendly service.

Delicious Portuguese chicken and salads - best coleslaw I’ve had, fresh, light and crunchy and not laced with overtly fatty mayo. Japanese coleslaw & fried rice were yummy as well. Definitely be back to try more as the choice is incredible

Amazing customer service. We came in tonight and there was a bit of a wait but our 3 year old was asking for hot chips and a staff member heard and brought him around a small chips to have while we wait! We are so grateful for this level of service and it’s a huge testament to the staff that in the middle of a lockdown on a busy Friday night that they did something so kind. What a team!!!

The last sales lady allowed me to sample the curry and the baked potatoes ( both delightful!).
The food is fresh, tasty and there is a broad variety of food, not just chicken!

Absolutely delicious. Had chicken meal and vegies and the new York burger. Everything hot and tasty. Staff friendly and fast. Only wish is the shop was 3 times bigger so they could have a decent eat in service. Just a couple tables on the footpath .

Charlie’s chicken catered for our son’s 21st birthday with a guest list of 130+. The selection of food was just sensational. From chickens, to roasted pork, honey mustard vegetables, pumpkin, creamy cauliflower, breads, dips,salads. ..... all guests were left diving in for seconds and thirds. Taste buds were working overtime. This combined with the friendly and professional attitude just made the event execution perfect. Fully Recommend Charlie’s for all catering needs.

The Chargrill Charlie's Chicken shop on High St Willoughby has very delicious, the menu has a good variety of salads, chicken and burger combos. The staff are very friendly and quick with service, this shop is very well known around the community with many regular and new customers everyday.
The price of food is higher than you would get at Mcdonalds, however this is well reflected in the portion size
Highly recommended for lunch/snach with friends, or take away dinner meal for family, they also offer catering for events.

EDIT: Chargrill Charlie's Willoughby Shop is Currently closed and will be for 6 Weeks from 4/08/18 for renovations. They are only taking catering orders for over 12 people, no private orders!

I am currently sitting outside Chargrill Charlie's. It's raining. Hard. But the warmth and love radiating from my food could keep me warm through the harshest of winters. The entire team of staff was so lovely, especially the beautiful Nishma. Nishma if you are reading this I want you to know that you brightened my day. I thought I was coming to get some food, but I left with much more. Not only did I get 2 delicious desserts, free of charge that the team so generously gave me, but i left with a sense of love and belonging to an incredible community that will stay with me for the rest of my life. I could not recommend this place more, 11/10!

Best chicken place in North Sydney without a doubt! Bit pricy but worth the money. Pumpkin soup could be a bit better but the rest is excellent.

We had issues with Uber eats and the manager was amazing and helped as much as possible from their end. Our family eat here once a week as it’s such a healthy alternate to fast food!

We all know their chips are the best! Chicken was yummy too and even though they were seriously busy, service was quick!

Great chicken. Succulent tasty fresh. Nice variety of food. be one of the best charcoal chicken places in Sydney. Staff are friendly and fun.

My favorite ever burger place. Cannot fault this place. The staff are so nice they treat you like family and even there merchandise is cool.

I love this chargrill as it is so open. It's not an extremely small store so there is never a lot of blockage. Great food as well.
