Fantastic customer service. I rushed into this store, after a terrible experience at a another balloon store. The staff at Party Savers were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They kindly deflated my balloon and refilled it again (after another store had advised it was not possible) they saved me a lot of time and disappointment.
I also purchased other products - the service was fantastic and prices are very competitive.Thank you for making my day!!

They've got such an impressive variety of products that I felt like a kid in the candy shop. And kudos to the team for turning my last-minute balloon order to a party hit. You guys are the real MVPs. 🙌

I visited the Chatswood store to purchase balloons & some other items for my friends 18th. While there, I got help from several store staff because I was having a difficult time making a final selection/decision due to the extensive options available. ALL of the sales staff were patient & accommodating. I would highly recommend this store to others and will DEFINITELY visit this store again... Even though they were quite busy, they ALL made me feel like I was only customer in the store. Much thanks!

Great service and friendly staff. Good quality stuff and reasonable prices, and heaps and heaps of accessories !! One of the better party supply stores. This place is perfect for you when planning a party - and that's for any age group.

I had a fairly unreasonable order requiring multiple objects (around 40), all of which were ordered last minute and all with an incredible time crunch. Furthering this, I was rude enough to order on a weekend. Despite all of this, the staff I contacted were incredibly courteous and efficient. Not only did they reassure me the order would arrive in time, they also said they would put my order as priority and didn't even charge express.

Sure enough my expectation of receiving my goods in a week's time was quelled when my order arrived the following Tuesday morning.

Absolutely blown away by their service and cannot recommend them enough. I am the worst type of customer and they treated me like the best. You should definitely buy from them.

I went in to the store and got the best experience. My elderly mum over bought some stuff for
Party and unfortunately she got some stuff of wrong theme to the party, we didn’t end up using it. I walked in to the store told them about the situation showed the products were unused unopened.

They gave me a store credit will surely be using it for my son’s birthday next month

I ordered items for my daughter’s gender reveal. We were worried that our order would not arrive in time as we live in Western Australia. However, it arrived within a week. We couldn’t be happier.

What a fantastic service! I went to all my local party shops and could not find anything for a gender reveal party! I then went on line and found exactly what I was looking for at Party Savers. I ordered on a Sunday evening and was very happy when my decorations arrived on the Tuesday (two day turn around)! I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I'll be using this company in future.

The communication and customer service from this business is outstanding. I had placed an order that was out of stock and they communicated this to me in a timely manner and also went above and beyond to make sure I would have the item or at least a replacement before the event! Much appreciated and I will certainly remember you for all our party events. I actually heard about them from a friend who was impressed with their dealings also. Thanks Team for a great experience

One stop shop for all your party supplies and costumes. The range of products here is massive with absolutely every theme available. Best place in my opinion to buy your party items. Also the delivery was lightning fast. So 5stars for me. 🤟🏻

Best party shop in Sydney for all the supplies needed for theme parties. Cheap in prices and staff is very helpful. They will listen to your requirements and will give you creative ideas. Never have been disappointed with this shop.

Amazing place with helpful staffs who work hard to make sure that all your party arrangements are done as per your requirements. Many variety of party supplies available to choose from and the staffs are very creative with lots of ideas to help you with. Affordable prices for any theme party. It has now become my go to place for all my house parties.

I used the online service to order my products. Did my shopping online on Friday, got a tracking number on Friday and received my package on Monday. The range of products were good, competitive prices and extraordinarily fast shipping.

This is a great shop to purchase from and if ever I need anything again, I will be returning to Party Savers.

This store was AWESOME! Seriously one of The best Halloween, costume, party stores I’ve ever seen. They have so much supplies and a lot of variety. We came here for a wig, but we’re so tempted to buy other little accessories and trinkets for our Halloween costumes. I would definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for birthday party supplies as well as any other themed party. All year around, the store has plenty to offer.
