Definitely recommend these guys. Went to see them yesterday arvy for new batteries on an old car fob remote (Mongoose brand) that are not manufactured anymore. They replaced the batteries for me and the button itself on the remote despite it being an old brand.

Friendly and knowledgeable customer service, pricing advised upfront with no surprises. They recommended I contact their mobile service team if my car remote still wasn't fixed, ended up having to contact the mobile service team however their customer service was also fantastic. Problem is all fixed now and very pleasant experience the entire way through.

While I was there waiting I witnessed another very happy customer pick up 55+ year old vintage boots and they were stoked at how great they turned out. I will also be taking my vintage boots here for repair in future, great service and very good pricing.

Definitely can recommend these guys for a wide range of services. Deserving of a long review, nice to find trustworthy businesses out there like this.

I have been visiting another Mister Minit store repeatedly over the last few months to address a warranty issue with a $250 remote key that was not working after only having it for a few months. The store that I purchased it from originally was quite unhelpful and never had time to help me with this issue, basically sending me on my way multiple times explaining that it was my car that needed to be fixed and not the key. Frustrated by this, I thought I would go to Strathpine Mister Minit to get a second opinion.
The key works again, and the service was outstanding! So friendly and helpful to the next level.

Went to the store this morning to have the battery replaced. Have been going to this outlet for years, always with first-class, friendly service. All new staff today.. Was advised it would take half an hour. Came back, only to be advised that they could not remove the back case (six screws). Handed it back. Took the watch to a nearby watchmaker/jeweller, explained the problem. He looked at the watch and advised that he could not/would not do anything as the slots in at least three of the screws had been trashed, making them impossible to unscrew. It would require all the screws to be drilled out, and new screws and screw holes would need be made. More of an expense than the watch is worth. No apology from Mr MInit at all. Neither had they mentioned that they'd trashed the screws. Utterly unimpressed. As can be seen from the image, the slots in the screws at 11, 1 and 3 o'clock have been mutilated. The watch had previously been untouched - this was the first occasion that the battery needed replacing.
26 May. This is a follow up to the review above, subsequent to being contacted by the business. They asked me to return the watch so that they could effect repairs, as well as apologising profusely for the problem. Since advised the watch was actually OK - the screws were purely decorative, and the case back was a snap-in-place type. So battery replaced and all normal. However, they (best-service-in-the-world-ever-Sarah) noted that the screws were still damaged and offered to replace the watch, or provide me with a substitute. I confirmed that this was not necessary, as the watch was entirely functional. So instead they have offered me free battery replacements. Picked up the watch today, and had new batteries installed in three other watches.
This is the best possible and most realistic outcome, and I would like to extend my thanks to all involved for responding promptly when the problem was raised, and for resolving it to the satisfaction of all. Well done. And an especial thank you to Sarah. Above and beyond.

I had to get a ring removed from my finger this morning & the lovely helpful lady at Mister Mint was so helpful in removing it. Excellent service & wonderful lady on the counter on Tuesday morning 16.1.24. I will be going back there again. Thankyou Mister Mint Strahpine Shopping Centre

Ben is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and definitely went the extra mile with me. I can tell he values customer service as his own traits seems to be present with his staff. Really glad I found his as a mobile specialist because I am now using him for general locksmith work.

I had up get a pair of shoes sorted for an event the following day. The guys promised to have them resoled, with soles rebuilt, for the following day. They did a great job and wasn't pricey at all. Becky (the American, not Irish, Canadian or Scottish) was an absolute delight to deal with. Definitely recommend

I was given the greatest customer service today from Curtis he knew his products and he listened to me about my needs. He is also going to save me over $300 as I was told by another key cutting company that this would be the cost of a key that I can wear whilst swimming. When I get my new car I will drive the 30km to get my key.

These guys are the best, we have had car keys and watch batteries replaced in the past, but today we went down to get a watch band clip replaced and strap loop sorted, all work was completed on the spot and at no charge. You don’t get customer service like these guys offer to often these days.

Top bloke. Old school customer service. Great for keys, watch repairs and Christmas and other gifts.

Ian was so friendly & helpful repairing my shoes. I expected to leave them there overnight as it was 4:30pm, but he fixed them straight away for me. This is rare to find these days: hard working staff enjoying making their clients happy.

I lost my only key in a big farm! I’m hopeless that days because the dealer can’t provide the key code for me. I had contacted with Mr.Ben so many times，after the first failed attempt to unlock the lock(I mistakes the car’s year), Mr. Ben gave me a lift home and pick me up to the farm where my car parked in the next day, he never gave up my car! He made it, a professional and patient man. Thanks to Mr.Ben, or don’t know what to do! Your hero！

Amazing customer service! Above and beyond. Ian went to extraordinary lengths to help me when my car key fell apart at 4.50pm and I couldn't start the car. I didn't have the half hour required for him to make a new key so he precariously held the key and the part with chip in hand all the way to my car and started if for me. I went back the next day to get a new key made where the service continued to be friendly and exceptional. Cannot recommend Ian and the guys at Mr Minit highly enough.

Great friendly service. The guy was still opening the store and he managed to take my keys and have them ready soon after I went and did a couple of things. Happy with the price as well.

I had to get a new car key reprogramed and spare keys cut . I didn't drive the car requiring the new key so (Ben) said he would drive all the way over to Ascot where I live after work to test it Now that is customer service !
