Jon's guidance has helped me achieve goals I haven't been able to alone. As a trainer he is the right mix of: strict but fair. He will push you to achieve goals but be satisfied as long as you are trying your best. What sets Jon apart is his knowledge and empathy. He is able to make modifications/ switch up workouts on the fly based on my performance. He never pressures me or makes me feel bad, only ever encouraging and motivational.

Not only are the workouts great, he helps with the mental side of health too. He has helped me with my relationship to food, going out and working out outside of the gym aswell. If you ask: he will have an answer, help you set up a plan and give you the tools to follow it through.

You don't feel like a client, he is really passionate and will treat you as a friend who truly wants the best for you and your goals. He is just as (if not more) invested in your health as you. With him, you will be excited to go to the gym and leave feeling proud of what you did not disheartened at what you couldn't.

Worked with him for 5 months and will continue for many more to come.
