Coles Tea Tree Plaza

Love it going there. Very convenient location and easy to travel on public transport. Covers good area and full of stock.

Lovely clean shop, wide isles and smiling staff

Just saw an employee keep their cool today with a rather difficult customer by the produce section. Customer clearly wanted to escalate a situation while they tried to de-escalate it. Kudos to the male employee, hope they have a great Easter.

I go here from time to time. On a par with other Coles stores. Have good specials at times. I utilise the Flybuys program to earn points.
Was a bit surprised tonight couldn't get strawberries, raspberries, or grapes. Was able to get a couple of other items on special.

They have a good gluten free bread mix and budget friendly bread maker bread mix

Forgot something at checkout and a member of staff brought it to me. So thankful I didn't lose it. Thank you

Today me and my mother came in to buy a few groceries. When asking a lovely woman called charlotte, about bean shoot she proceeded to show us where they were. However, they were none on the shelf so she offered to look out the back for us in the meanwhile she had other customers asking questions. She returns promptly with our product. We both are extremely satisfied, satisfied with the service. Thank you charlotte and Coles.

Great spot, plenty of parks including disability parking. At this time July 31 '23 the escalator is still not working to rooftop parking.

A busy shop where you can usually grab a bargain. Friendly staff and you can find everything you need.

Coles is the same everywhere and don't have much to say about it. I like going here as I take my teens too so they can get a treat after helping me!!! 👍

Served by Gurjeet. She was outstanding.
The store was busier than hell itself yet She still had the ability to make calls over the loudspeaker, pack my bags perfectly, interact with her manager & have a fluent conversation with me all at the same time. That level of customer service & multitasking is just phenomenal given how busy the store was. I am a frequent shopper at Coles TTP & will definitely be aiming for Gurjeet's register from now on!

The workers there recognise their regulars and I've never gotten 'bad' service, check-out people have therir down days too but even their worst is pretty darn good. Also the self service check-outs are pretty actively manned as well so no needing to wait ages for support when something doesn't scan or whatever.

Choices of brands good pricing well maintained and competent staff. The Vegetables and fruit are fresh and inviting. We have recently discovered their made up salad and like them, especially the potato salad.
The onsite bakery are really good. I love their breads and Buns, maybe too much but that's me.
The staff in the Deli section are especially nice.
I would recommend Coles to you all.
Just lately we've been getting more produce from the Deli section. Wow, best group of staff in the store; well best we've spoken with. Try them out!

The supermarket itself was clean but the customer service person was more interested in their phone than packing our bags.

Coles is one of the giant supermarkets and will always be a nice place to visit, today some of the range wasn't ready to go on the shelf but I was able to suffice. Really nice staff at the deli counter

The bakery manager including store support manager at tea tree plaza are exceptional. The staff went above and beyond with creating a stunning cake xxx

Plenty of items were on special. There were many team members who were busy merchandising and assisting customers. The team members were happy to help when I asjed for assistance.
