Love having this store in walking distance from home. Now my boy will have an AMAZING BIRTHDAY. Just purchased a Rainbow Cake online for Sunday, personalized for his 11th Birthday. Will post pictures on Sunday.

Ordered a birthday cake with edible images. The cheesecake shop gladstone was able to customise the cake and the flavour was amazing. Would recommend!

Who doesn't like cheesecake... The lady was great to deal with, they went out of their way to help us.

I mean the cake itself was beautiful and absolutely delicious but the only man working that day was quite rude. So you know how around Easter time every year they have a colouring competition and with your entry you may choose a free slice of cake, well my sister and I went there and handed in our colouring in and we requested chocolate cake because we are very fussy eaters but anyway the man said no we should just choose one of the raspberry ones over in the pre sliced area. My mum even said that we don't like raspberry and he said oh never mind and handed back our colouring pages we did and said maybe next time. Finally as my sister began crying my mum said "fine I will just buy a quarter of chocolate cake from the back then" the man walked to the back and handed my mum a quarter piece of cake and said goodbye. So he had chocolate cake but could not even be bothered to cut us a piece and simply threw us out. I love the cake and normally the staff are nice but not that man I tell u.

I ordered and payed for a marble cheesecake, I wanted to have writing on it as a fun play that I am leaving on Valentine's day. When I got there to pick it up, I'm guessing it wasn't ready as I had to wait a while for it. When they brought the cake out and opened the box to show me I was very disappointed in the appearance of the cake, the writing looks like it was done while I was waiting for my cake. I just took it because I had things to do that afternoon, and wouldn't have time to come back to the shop to get a new cake or simply re-do the writing. An extra $6 for some writing, it's not centered or uniform.

I made two orders for birthday cakes and neither order could be found. They were not ready for my nominated pick up time and the staff were surly.

I ordered a custom cake was suppose to be a chocolate mud cake but it was very dry, I had to give 5 days notice, not acceptable, overpriced very disappointed.

Staff refused to slice up the cake, saying that it would 'damage the cake'. I offered to prepay for the cake but strangely they still refused.

Arrived at 7pm and the lights were all switched off and the place was closed. Advertised as open until 8pm but the workers have clearly all gone home. Travelled all the way from tannum just to be disappointed. Kids crying. Well done.

Paid upfront and Pre-ordered a kid's choice B'day cake.

But the cake wasn't baked at all.

Baker said she wasn't informed of any such order. The one who booked the order wasn't there.

Receipt also didn't matter.

Very casually was handed over another cake, with no regrets.
A party well ruined and a little kid left disheartened.
Shame !!

I ordered an Elsa birthday cake for my daughter and when we came to pick it up they didn’t have our order and tried selling us one of their display cakes.
This is all my daughter wanted for her birthday and to say I’m disheartened is an understatement.
We will not be back here.

Less time talking socially & more time serving would be a good start. It was like I was interrupting their day by picking up my order

Went in person, spoke to the cake maker with our requirements (No chocolate) and paid for our wedding cake, one month prior to our wedding. They called us the day before to say they didn't have the correct cake available and could do half white and half chocolate... obviously being the day before what could we do... we did ask for a discount which they agreed to. Then when we went to collect they wanted to refund our discount in vouchers. We said absolutely not as we won't be purchasing from here ever again, we want cash or bank refund they eventually refunded us $25😫
