The team in store were super friendly and super helpful. I needed a new device, and they were great in making sure I had everything I needed and was all set up and knew how to use it. Just an all round great experience. Wish I caught the name of the lady who serviced me to give her a special shout out but she was awesome!

Best experience shopping for anything I have ever had. I wanted to transfer from disposable vapes to a refillable vape and was given the best customer service. They took the time to explain everything and choose something that was right for me, just wish I got the blokes name to give him a special thanks. Highly recommend and will be shopping here again.

Excellent customer service great friendly people had a faulty vape and they sorted me out better than I could have expected an thanks Mick for hooking me up with the battery for no extra cost highly recommend and will definitely be getting all my supplies here in future cheers guys 🤘🏻🤘🏻

Walked in the store just to see what vaping was all about to try and quit smoking. Had a wonderful chat with Darci who was super patient with me and answered all of my questions. Walked out with a whole set up and will be back very soon to try the amazing juice range they stock.

Popped into the vape shop as my current vape had stopped working. Impressed they open late night Thursdays as otherwise I wouldn't have had the chance to get in. Mick was awesome, being new to vaping he took time to help me pick out a new vape, flavours and showed me how it all works! Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend 😀

The guy at the shop really knows his stuff. Was able to walk me through a good starter kit and showed me how to set it up.
