The dental assistant Neisha made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable & supportive especially with my children. I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough!

I have high end Dental anxiety, and for two days knew I needed help. Having to find a new dentist after returning to Cairns was SO stressful!! 😔. I called in to ask for an apt (the way I assess a place) and was immediately impressed with Maddie. She was calming and understanding, I was able to get an apt this afternoon and my Dentist was Aiden. This young man is amazing, calming and reassuring. The tooth extraction was done with oodles of care for which I was very grateful. ALL the staff are SO professional and I would be more than happy to return when necessary.

As someone who has anxiety around the dentist, I was super comfortable and the ladies were very accommodating. Definitely recommend

I am so happy with the level of service that South Cairns Dental provided. I was in a considerable amount of pain and called as soon as the office opened. much to my amazement, I was given an appointment an hour and a half later . When I arrived I was given an exceptional level of care. The staff went out of their way to be as accommodating as possible in all aspects of my treatment. Only fools rush in, this was not the case at this clinic. The staff consulted with each other and came up with the best plan to make this procedure as painless as possible when performed and in the recovery phase as well. A few small simple extra steps were taken that made all the difference in the world. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a safe place that is willing to go the extra mile in what can be a traumatic experience otherwise.

Crystal was extremely gentle and reassuring when having to have my wisdom tooth pulled out. Highly recommend!

Was our first time attending this facility for my four year old son and let me just say, I'm very impressed.

Lovely and welcoming receptionists who offered tea and coffee while I waited. The kids were handed colouring in sheets and pencils as well as a choice of cartoons to watch.
TV above the dental chair and really welcoming and a professional approach. Great customer service, tidy, clean and just very welcoming.

Dr Kate was amazing and did a fantastic job with my son, he had no complaints after his procedure and wanted to go back as soon as we jumped in the car.

Definitely recommend this Dental practice as I will be returning for my daughter as well.

Best dentist I have ever been to. Friendly and welcoming staff who make sure you are comfortable and pain free the whole time. They are happy to get to know you rather than just get you in and out as soon as they can. They use very modern technology which helps them be very thorough with finding any existing or potential issues. They explain everything to you and show you what they see in xrays and give you a recommended dental plan to help you on the way to having healthier teeth. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend going.

Very impressed with my first visit to Alex and Nat at SCD - their service is super friendly and treatment was the best of any dentist I have been to. They took the time to explain everything to me, and gave me very useful advice on a potential issue which my previous dentist had missed - their thoroughness and attention to detail here is what stood out for me.
