Regrettably I have to advise anyone who is considering using this service to avoid at all costs.
This service does not respond to emails, or return phone call requests despite being PAID in full for their service.
Our experience has resulted in a formal complaint being lodged by ourselves with The Department of Fair Trading for a resolution due to their lack of professionalism and empty promises.
I have to add that payment was made in 2020 which resulted in a report that Council dismissed and required amendments which we are still waiting on.
We have been patient and understanding of the delays due to Covid restraints but unfortunately their professionalism is questionable given that they do not respond to our requests even though they promised to deliver the goods.
To say we are disappointed with this service is an understatement and they don't deserve one star but I have to give this to be able to post this review.
Please consider using others services and give Kayandel a miss. I would hate to see other people suffer they want we have been treated with this matter.
