Best piece of training equipment I've ever purchased.

If you're someone with no place to hang a heavy bag, this is by far the best freestanding option I've tried.

The bag has a very simple and solid design. I'm 183cm tall and 93kg and this bag feels incredibly sturdy. It doesn't have that typical hollow feeling that most free standing bags tend to have. The experience of hitting this bag is remarkably close to hitting a hanging, 6 foot bag.

I occasionally receive compliments from fellow practitioners about the power of my round kicks. There is no way I could possibly produce round kicks powerful enough to knock this thing over, or even rock it particularly hard. A hard teep or knee will rock it back and forth quite violently but unless you modify your teep specifically to knock this thing over, it's not going to fall.

Unless you're an absolute freak of nature, I can't imagine any practical techniques knocking this thing down.

Generally speaking, I still slightly prefer the hanging bag experience. The one real benefit of this bag over hanging alternatives as far as training is concerned is the rocking motion heavy knees and teeps will produce, forcing you to alter the timing, footwork and placement of follow up shots.

I'm not sure if it's appropriate to call this a benefit, since there certainly are benifits to having a more stationary target and I have to imagine a hanging bag would be better for shin conditioning.

My shins were already conditioned before receiving this bag so it's difficult for me to make an accurate judgement about this. But this bag definitely feels dense enough to provide some amount of conditioning.

A little over priced in my opinion. I got it on special for around $1300 AUD (shipping included) which is no bad. But the asking price of $1500 AUD is a bit much. $1000-1200 feels more appropriate.

If you want the best freestanding option available and are willing to pay a premium for it, this is probably it.
