Tasman Holiday Parks - Cairns Cool Waters

We stayed for 3 weeks.
This is a lovely clean and well maintained park. The camp kitchen is excellent. The pool area lovely.The staff were all friendly and helpful and the setting is just gorgeous. Highly recommend this Park and would definitely stay again.

I was traveling with my parrot and we needed a night to stay in cairns. The cabin was clean and exactly what we needed! The ladies at the front desk we super friendly. Definitely recommend!

Some site are small , but relatively bigger than the other option in cairns . So make sure you give a look before you book

Fantastic park. Very dog friendly with one of the best dog parks I have been to. Amenities were spotless and sites were a good size. So pretty with the creek running alongside it. Lots of walking paths and if you're a parkrunner the start is only a 5 minute walk away. Very safe. Camp kitchen well equipped . Will definitely stay again.

We booked 5 cabins for an extended family holiday. The staff matched each family perfectly with their cabins. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. When we had a bit of a drama, they bent over backwards to help. The park is so picturesque and peaceful. The kids loved being able to spend their time between the creek and the pool. We can't wait to come back

Wonderful friendly, helpful staff. Clean and tidy facilities in good working order. We stayed in the Pump House cabin and our friends camped in their van. Both locations were great. The location is so close to anything you could need. Loved the river, pool, cafe, turtles and nearby park/dog park. Couldn't fault anything and would happily stay again. Kids had a ball!

One of our favourite caravan parks nestled in the outskirts of Cairns, and tucked in amongst nearby rainforest, with the beautiful tablelands in the background. Friendly and helpful staff, clean amenities and a great place to meet people. The caravan sites come in a variety of sizes and locations, best away from the road. Thank you everyone for looking after us while we were in Cairns for an extended visit!

This caravan park is beautiful.. abit pricey but you don't stay here every day so every now and then you don't mind. Good hot showers. Gardens are great. People working around the park at all times and has the most beautiful creek running through it that our dog just loves. Staff really friendly and great coffee shop on site

Excellent accommodation!

Stayed in a caravan site for four nights, could not fault the experience. Staff were lovely and accommodated our very-new-to-travelling confusion.

Also noticed some significant WiFi tech installed all over the site. Love to see it, WiFi signal was strong everywhere I went.

Overall, if you're new to travelling, give Tasman a go, they certainly helped us get comfortable in the campervan life.

Cannot praise this park enough. Stayed on and off over 2 weeks. Staff are absolutely amazing. The park its self is great. Awesome park near by and we enjoyed going for bike rides on the bike paths. Pool was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much for having us

If you're looking for a caravan park with staff and management that actually care about your stay, this is the place. Showers and toilets have been recently renovated and are like new. The water pressure is amazing (I had to turn it down) and is provided by LPG continuous hot water = never goes cold. An amazing park next door as well for dogs, kids, or runners. We'll be back.

This is a great park. If you are in tents/swags, be sure to ask for a suitable site as most are tailored for vans and trailers. The creek is great for swimming and seeing fish, turtles and eels (at night). The kitchen is big, clean and has enough cooking surfaces (hot plates and stoves) along with toaster and microwave. Wet areas were clean and showers were strong and hot with enough space to wash and dress. Laundry and clothes lines were fine. Pool is great albeit quite cool (as the name suggests). The surrounding decking is also great. Staff were great and they apparently book tours etc too. Would come back (and did on our way back from Cape York).

Love staying here. Staff are great and the location convenient and welcoming. It's very family and pet friendly being adjacent to parkland, bikeways and off leash parkland

Great facilities and friendly staff. Thank you for organising the Kuranda rail and skyrail for us before we arrived. We had a fantastic time at Kuranda. The park is close to Goomboora Park, which is a good 4 km walk or bike ride. Close to shops and not far to the beach via car.

We have just stayed in a studio reef cabin and found it excellent! Perfect for two people with plenty of room plus a nice private verandah to sit and have your breakfast. Very clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Lovely friendly staff too.

Great park, toilets and showers are always spotless, staff are helpful and friendly.
Camp kitchen is great with enough space for everyone to cook or eat.

Pool was clean and warm, can't comment on the creek other than the abundance of fish, turtles and wildlife.

Lots of regulars but all friendly, nice energy throughout the park. Only place we'll stay in when in Cairns.

A hidden gem! It’s a short drive from cairns city centre but worth the stay. The creek at the bottom was beautiful and we got to feed the turtles and fish. It really made our stay! The gardens are lush and green, which allowed for lots of privacy between sites.

Bathroom facilities was one of the best of our stay! Really appreciate the modern and clean facilities.

What a wonderful place to stay. One of the best!!!! Beautiful landscaped gardens, super quiet, very friendly and approachable staff.
Stayed for a week on a work trip in a very pet friendly cabin, however we have already picked a wonderful river view stie for our motor home and definitely coming back for at least a month later in the year.
Was amazed with everything you have to offer. Feeding the turtles, eels and fish was also lots of fun.

Booked into a Big 4 but not our type of place so checked out. Went to Cool Waters and we liked it. Our site 103 was perfect with a nice vista over looking the creek. Staff very friendly and helpful . The amenities excellent, cleaned three times a day. Unfortunately we only had coffee from the cafe but it was very popular with campers. Close to town as well. Would certainly recommend this place.
